They did an excellent job

Had to reschedule multiple times, those due to weather I fully understand. However, of the 6 times the appt was rescheduled, 2 of them were do “technician being unavailable”. Why schedule the appointment if no one was available? Finally got my car dropped off for the appointment.. The 1 hour 30 minutes turned into almost 4 hours. Why have appointments if you are going to take walk-ins that make appointment times pointless?? If the wait was 4 hours, just inform me upfront that it could be such. I would not have wasted an hour trying to kill time in the area. When I returned to get my vehicle after being called saying it was ready…. There was no one in the office, I looked for 15 minutes trying to find anyone to help me. Finally, I called the technician back that had told me my car was ready for pick up, and informed him NO ONE was there. After about 10 minutes someone shows up to assist. Would give negative 3 stars if that was an option. Take your business elsewhere.

They wouldn't come to me so I had to drive more than an hour to get to them and then when asking how long would it take they said no more than an hour and a half I waited 3 hours and then next morning I found the windshield was making cracking noises and the trim around it is coming loose , as it wasn't installed properly

I originally chose safelite to replace my window regulator due to a dealership quoting me $1,200 and safelite only quoting $400. I was woken up day of my appointment, that I had scheduled almost 2 weeks out, to them telling me that the part didn't come in and that I needed to go out and buy my own parts if I wanted the service done because they could not give me a time estimate for their parts to come in at all, and that it could be an unforeseen amount of time. I complied with what they told me to do, and I bought the parts they told me to buy. I show up for my appointment, and after some trouble they ran into, they gave me my keys back and said my car was good to go. I drove out of their parking lot and noticed my door handle was not reinstalled correctly. I immediately emailed safelite, but I never heard back from them. My window a couple weeks later stopped working again, so I scheduled another appointment and tried to get ahold of the company. I finally got in contact with the customer service people who told me that I was on my own about my window not working essentially, but that they could replace it all again. I show up to my new appointment, and after an hour of my time, they tell me there is nothing they can do because they did not have the part that was not working. This was confusing because it was a part that they told me to buy originally because it's what they had ordered. (I would go on to talk to higher ups and was told that this store was never able to even order one of the parts they told me they had bought.) They sent me out the door, and told me to go elsewhere. I got in my car, and this time, my door handle was barely hanging on. I went back inside the garage where I was greeted with employees scattering after they were confronted about my door handle being broke, and they tried to blame me for it. I then told them that I had been there before, and their faces would drop and they'd "run to find someone else". Finally the manager came out blaming me that my door handle was broken and that I just have done it. I explained to her that I had been there before and that they originally reinstalled my door handle incorrectly (this would turn out to be that it was broken as well) and I emailed them about it but never heard back. They agreed to get me a new door handle, but then after not hearing back from them, I contacted the the district manager. I have now spent the last 3ish months waiting, not being able to get in contact with safelite, being ran around, and my door breaking more and more with each visit. I was told by one of the employees that the piece of plastic in my door panel (my moisture shield) didn't do anything and they ripped it off. Currently, my door handle is being held in by tape and a zip tie, and my window still does not work. I just took it to a different dealership to see about fixing my window where they told me my whole motor/regulator needs to be replaced again, the screws and bolts in my door have been stripped and broken as well as over torqued. They also told me my motor and regulator had been put in wrong and that it was broken. Essentially, my whole door's inner parts have to be replaced because they have either been broken or installed wrong. Now, almost 5 months after my first initial appointment with this store, I'm right back where I started and will have to come out of pocket just as much as what the first dealership had quoted me if not more. Be aware of this store, the workers are nice, but it's impossible to get in contact with the store directly, regardless if they tell you that they will reach out to you. I waited time after time waiting for their manger to contact me, which never happened. Bite the bullet and spend a bit more money somewhere else.

The team in Clarksville TN is fantastic! Had two vehicles done in the last month and they took excellent care of me both times.

Scratched my vehicle when installing, and did a terrible job installing the seal around the windshield. The tech did not let me know about the damage, I found it a few days later. Getting ahold of the shop was difficult and no one explained the warranty process to me very well, super frustrating.UPDATE: Michael, a new manager at this location, took over and he got me squared away with the repair and a loaner vehicle. I'd increase to more stars based on his service alone if it weren't for the initial damage, the tech not telling me, and inconvenience of having my vehicle in the shop. Otherwise, I am satisfied with Michael's service and the work I've had done previously.Service: Auto windshield repair

Don't bother fixing chips in windshield. Cost benefit analysis is to just let it go ahead and crack. $158 labor rate for less than 30 min work and chip is still visible "BUT it is 'filled' with resin" is absolutely ridiculous. Will not recommend any chip repairs.

I scheduled a job to replace my windshield only to have them reschedule on three separate occasions. I have never encounted this level of incompetence before in any service-related profession.

Had a windshield replaced at this location. The hard plastic trim pieces of my car were not put in correctly at all, the rubber trim was positioned with glue in an amateur manner, and to top it off - the glass came pre scratched in the drivers field of view. I filed a warranty claim as soon as they opened the next morning. The manager gave me his assurance that he would personally oversee the rework. The night before, we get an email stating the job was sent to another shop. Makes it seem like he had no intention on keepsing his word.

Absolute garbage service. Went in to drop my car off at 9:30am and the lady said she didn't have my name for an appointment. Showed her my text and then she found my appointment. Left my car there for 7 hours before I was called to be told they didn't have the glass because the only one they had was cracked. No ETA on a new one. Found my new windshield at a different retailer for $200 less and WAY better customer service. Would NEVER recommend you go here.

First off, dont cheap out. Do yourself a favor and go with safelite the first time. Youll end up saving yourself money in the long run.Safelite replaced my winshield with a clean and exceptional install! However, i am a professional auto detailer and i noticed this white film left on different areas of the glass and the only way to remove this is to polish the glass. So, kind of annoying. Also, had i chose the windshield coating they offer, the safelite technician more than likely would have just coated the windshield as is which is a big no.For 400$ id like my windshield to look as brand new as it possibly can.*The average customer would not recognize these things. Just feedback.

When my car first had the crack in the windshield which was covered under a warranty when I purchased the car I was told I could reach out to Safelite and the warranty company set up an appointment for me and then a couple days before the appointment Safelite called me and told me they could not get the windshield to the location in time in which they had 12 days to get thereSo I kindly rescheduled the appointment for 21 days later because I was not going to be available for a period of time in which I figured they would be able to get the glass in during that timeThe day before of the rescheduled appointment they told me they did not know when they were going to be able to get the glass in so I waited a couple days to reach out to a different companyAll I know they wasted seven weeks of my time stringing me along and also with the commercial that says they can come to you that was also false advertising because they needed to calibrate the windshield at the shopHi Highly would not recommend this company to anybodyIf I could give negative stars I would have because they do not follow through nor communicate with consumers about particular issues they may have getting the product that is needed

Safelite tech arrived with wrong glass, and no email or phone call to follow up with replacement and timewindow, automated recording doesn't provide option to speak directly with someone. Already paid for the service but did not recieve the work to be done. Time frame was large and wasted a day of work. Webpage has no option to out in Vin number so company can be certain to order the right part. Update: rescheduled then wants to charge an additional fee. Not satisfied with company results and have to wait 2 weeks before they "might" come back with "the right part". And block out work as they are between 12p and 5pm to just show. My rating and review remains.

Hey I just wanted to start of with I have never done this before but I gots to say something. Alright let’s start from the beginning. I made an appointment for a cracked windshield. they called had to reschedule because they technician called out. Okay cool, 2 weeks later they technician came out to tell me that the crack is too bad and will need a brand new windshield. Alright cool. They had to order and windshield which took another 2 weeks. I get a email couple days before my appointment to tell me that the windshield has not came and they are force to cancel my appointment. Alright cool. I’m the email, it said, they would call me once the windshield arrived; they never did. Alright cool. I went online and schedule the appointment myself. They had no openings for like 2 more weeks. Lol at this point. Cool, today Repair man came out,. I’m letting him do his thing and he calls me to tell me that my car was done. I come outside and he tells me, he cracked my windshield and that I cannot go through a car wash with a BIG smirk on his face. I didn’t not see the joke. As i’m looking at my car, I notice my car looks in worse shape then before the repair; see attachments. The repair man then tells me that they are going to have to order another windshield, which is going to take a while. I notice the pieces of my car is hanging by a thread. It rains in Tennessee, is the rain going to get into my car? At this point, I am frustrated and highly upset about this. I would have kept my original windshield if it was going to be that much of a problem.
