I just walked in. A lot of great quality products. Two suggestions for the business: one, the scents are completely overpowering upon walking through the door. I am sensitive and had to leave and rush out of there, when I otherwise would have lingered to look at their products. And this is my kind of store - I would have lingered until I found something I liked and bought it. I was happy to see wild yam, Irish sea moss, enzymes, food-based vitamins.
Hopefully, they are natural scents, because artificial scents tend to give me a migraine; considering the other types of products in their store, I presume they are more natural; but, overwhelming nonetheless. And two, it would have been nice to have been greeted; there were two ladies up at the front in conversation, and at least one stocking product, and another in the back. Just a nod or a “let us know if you need anything” or “welcome” is plenty. But, to be honest, the no greeting made it easier for me to exit quickly without feeling guilty due to the scents.
Tl;dr: I would be back, lots of great products, just please get rid of the overpowering smells or just have them on display but not actively smelling up the place.

This is where I go to pick up the free diapers for Tenncare every month. The staff is always friendly and it always smells really good, lol. The only downside is there are lots of little glass trinkets and figurines everywhere and I always feel like if I venture too far into the store I might break something.

I've been a customer at Sango pharmacy for a few years now .I really like that the pharmacy staff tries to accommodate you and are friendly and personable especially Kyle he is the most friendly and helpful pharmacy person that I've ever seen. He is always so friendly even in a rush you can tell hes genuinely willing to make sure he takes care of your needs .I would hold for an hour to deal with him most days from something small to something major he is intune with me and my prescriptions are delivered to me correctly and I have em delivered and the new fiver is so sweet and kind bless her heart I don't know where you guys found her but good on u ...

I like the pharmacy, however their website for refilling prescriptions is needs somes attention! Ths other issue I have is with their auto refill, its a 50/50 shot. They keep telling me they are working on the website, but its been a year.

After asking them to change back to the previous brand of a medication I take, because I am sensitive to the new brand, they keep giving me the brand I do not want. This has been 3 months so far, and each time they say they have made a note in my account. They either are not reading notes or never made one in the first place. Pharmacists should be very careful with prescriptions, especially when told of a problem. This has not been my experience.

Do yourself a favor and transfer your prescription to Sango Pharmacy. They are kind, quick and the shop has a variety of supplements and super fun gift items!

I love these guys. I went to them when I first moved into town. I had a little friction with them at first establishing my ID with them, but since then, I've had nothing but good experiences there. The staff is friendly and always gives me a milkbone for my dog, lavishing my dog with affection when I've had her with me. My dog loves them, and she generally is pretty skeptical of people. :) The pharmacists have been fantastic, answering questions and helping to find alternate medications when there have been shortages across all pharmacies. I will now go out of my way to get prescriptions here because i trust them and know them. Finally, they have a great selection of interesting boutique items to browse through as you wait for your prescriptions. I definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a new pharmacy.
