“I was surprised by local StoreEase office when I walked in to notify them of my move out. There were two customer kiosks and a big monitor on the wall with an associate named TJ in a live video conference waiting to help me. TJ assisted me with my questions and sent my phone a text with the link to confirm my move out. Very easy and really cool system.”

“I know one can wonder what you can say about a storage unit. I know it holds stuff right? However, there is much to say about the company that rents the units. First of all I have used various other companies but this one here I have utilized with my family for 3 years or so. We have never had any problems with vermin’s or any other insects. The area is secure, remains clean, in a great location and the people who run the place are beyond just super nice and caring. They even were kind enough to contact us during severe weather if the gate system was down or to inform us that the units were all secure and no damage had taken place within or around the units. Because of major personal issues we had within our family they helped us by contacting us to let us know they understood the circumstances and they rendered aide.
