First of all I've been to this sephora twice. First experience was ok,that was last week. My daughter got a lipgloss sample. Even tho it seems to be a habit them standing behind register having conversations of their own.I go back today, again 3 girls back there having conversations.Ok, thats fine. Today my daughter wanted another sample. The lady shook her head and was like " I can't do that" I told her it was done last week" she was like idk how,blank stare" I said ok I'll ask somwome else. She said ok. I got to register and explain, then they are like we aren't allowed to do that. LIKE WAS IT SO HARD FOR THE OLDER LADY TO TELL ME THAT when i asked her!?. I mention to the other girl she gave me a blank stare, then the older lady opens her mouth and said " I gave a blank stare cause I'm not feeling well" ummmmm I do not work there,I do not know what they are allowed to do or not. If I receive a service last week and I come back this week that's what I expect. UNLESSS i see a sign.Don't just assume a customer knows yall are ill or know what yall allow to do. I hope she feels better and hopefully tells the customer from the beginning what they are allowed to do or not allowed to do.

Always out of a lot of products. They follow you around and make you feel super uncomfortable. Definitely better to just buy online and have it shipped to you.

I have stopped in a few times and have been helped by Bianca. She is always very kind and patient, suggesting products and listening to my needs. The location itself is beautiful too! Well maintained and clean.

First experience in this Sephora location today. I usually travel to Nashville because it’s where I work but I thought I’d give it a shot here in Clarksville. Open concept store inside a kohls. 3 associates working today 11/8/22. Started off up front making my way toward the back of the store where the register is located. Which also all 3 of the associates were standing behind the register. Made it to fragrance which is located to the right of the register, again, where all associates were standing. No one said “hello.” “Are you finding everything okay?” NOTHING. My presence in the store wasn’t even acknowledged. If they had been assisting other clients I wouldn’t even be writing this review right now. I get it. It’s a Tuesday at 3pm and maybe their shifts are almost over…but not a hi or bye? I would have settled for a thanks for coming in. I don’t shop at kohl’s. I came to see what this Sephora location has to offer. Great product selection. Just terrible customer service today. Maybe terrible isn’t even the accurate word bc I received nothing. Not even acknowledgement.

Everytime I go in this store I am followed! Besides that everytime I purchase something they leave a security alarm on. So when I walk out the door it looks like I’m a thief. With that being said I have made a complaint online and also with the store manager John with no solution.
