I go to Shell every day that I pass by. The staff is friendly. The restrooms are ALWAYS clean. The prices aren't bad and they have a good variety of merchandise.

Worst experience I have ever had with a gas station. I went to pump my gas and used my debit at the pump. It was approved and I selected the gas and started to pump but no gas came out. I thought it was the pump so I tried at a different one and the same thing happened. I checked my balance on my bank card and I was charged $85 both times trying to get gas but got none. I was depending on the money and needed it and was only going to get $5 in gas. I will never go to another shell station or pay at the pump ever again. I have cried and cried. They say they cannot fix it and I should trust it will drop off in a couple of days. I needed that money today not in a couple of days. What if it doesn't? That is playing with peoples lives. Now my kids and I are going to go hungry because I cannot buy our groceries.
