I stopped coming here! I live in the houses behind this store so this is our go to store as we don’t have to deal with traffic. There’s a heavier set African American girl who works here and she typically works the night shift it seems and she is so unwelcoming and judgmental it’s ridiculous for someone who goes into work smelling so strong of marijuana I want to cough. She doesn’t say hello, she doesn’t say anything to you the entire time you’re checking out. She rolls her eyes when you approach her- not sure if it’s just me or every costumer but I’m so sick of giving my money to a company who has someone like that working there. Yesterday I went in, saw her and walked right out and gave my business to a different store.

I recently stopped at Shell Gas Station 3895 Trenton Road and encountered a serious issue with Pump #15. After the automatic shut-off clicked and stopped the flow of gas, the display continued to increase both in price and gallons. This raises concerns about the accuracy and integrity of the pump, especially considering consumers are paying for fuel they aren’t receiving. I strongly urge management to inspect and service this pump immediately. I’ll also be forwarding this to the Tennessee Department of Agriculture, which oversees gas pump inspections and consumer protection.

Need to address the issues with the pumps outside. They are not allowing you to input your reward number or get a receipt. When you go inside to ask for a receipt, have one employee standing there with their arms cross, not assisting the other employee when there's a line waiting to check out.

Very clean store with a wide variety, they have everything from alcoholic beverages to soda to can goods that you may need last minute. Every clerk that I've encountered has been super polite and respectful, they go against the grain of seeming like they're a miserable gas station clerk. They greet you and they thank you for visiting this establishment, kudos to the management and ownership of this location.

Went in to get a large icee and they were all out of icee cups so I used a fountain cup and the very nice woman at the register explained the employees have to do it even if they are completely out of icee cups. If you guys are hurting for money that bad just say it, we can start a fundraiser for ya! But in all seriousness don’t come here the gas is crazy expensive. The 7/11 across the street is way cheaper. Hell even go to the Exxon across the street but stay away from this place ??

I stop by to fill up about once a month and always the Ladies restroom is always 'Out of Order'. The Men's restroom is always fine. Maybe they don't want women to at the station.

There’s always this one dude in there with a bad attitude, like, won’t speak back to you, will only look at you to see if you ask for your receipt or not and acts like he’s inconvenienced that you even walked in there, like literally every time smh everybody else is cool though
