Internet started at $50 and has slowly creeped up to $92. My phone typically works better when I’m not connected to the home WiFi. Time to start looking around for a new provider.

I live in the tornado effected area and we went 5 days without power which was quick , but I work 100% online. We went out and spent extra money on heaters and batteries to survive which was at great expense then when the spectrum auto bill came I thought surely it wouldn't be the full amount but it was and we were told we'd get reimbursed after Christmas. Then I asked them to send someone to talk to us because even though we've had power for a week there's been no effort by spectrum to fix our service at all. My boss asked me when I'd be back to work and as a medical biller with access to people's medical and insurance info I can't just work at Starbucks. The Clarksville tech John saw we were in the tornado zone and canceled the appointment with no explanation and I had nothing to tell my boss as to when I would be able to get online to work so there went my job right before Christmas. I was contracted to the company and they have applicants waiting so no big deal for them. It's not just tv and video games. It was my livelihood and spectrum and "john" didn't care. Thanks spectrum you ruined our Christmas with your bill and your horrible service. Took my 200 bucks right before Christmas and have ignored us completely. Please use anyone but spectrum because they do not care. I could have taken that 200 and at least bought my family a dinner for Christmas but now we are broke with no income , and I have to find a new job with still no internet, and everything I went to school to do is online. Use CDE, use xfinity. Use anyone but spectrum. I bet John will be able to give his family a Christmas.

Go see Tracy. She’s awesome. I walked in and paid my bill and I walked out saving 80 bucks on my future bills. I would give her 10 stars if it went that high. Thanks again Tracy.

There are so many quality ISP's in this town. Avoid Spectrum at all cost. The customer service at this location is non-exsistent. Besides, their prices are insane for CABLE internet. Sure, they have fiber ran through Clarksville but, it's not true fiber to the home (FTTH). Use ATT, CDE, or CEMC depending on your address. Those ISP's are true FTTH and MUCH MUCH cheaper then Spectrum. Spectrum should be ashamed of themselves!

WTH, spectrum today 12/22/23 digging up the middle of our yards with our Christmas decorations, spray painted our driveways, and broke a neighbor's water line 3 days before Christmas with out notifying the residents of Clear Springs Community Clarksville TN. Who's paying for the drivewaysbandbyards to be fixed?

Employees were very rude and instead of waiting on anyone they went to their computer and acted busy.

Closed put my account because I was moving. They said everything was fine and I was good to go. 3 months later I get a call from a collection agency saying I owe them for $100. Spectrum says well that employee was wrong and we can't take it off your record. No email or call, just straight to collections to hurt my credit

My first and only time visiting this place and what an awful experience. I have never been to a store where they try so hard NOT to help you. I went to turn in equipment because I had upgraded my services but the lady working went out of her way to let me know she didn't want to help me. When I left the store I contacted customer service and told them to just cancel my account because I don’t ever want to deal with them again.

Victoria was great. Helped me save a ton of time, money and most importantly frustration. She was very patient with all of our issues. Go here and ask for her.

Hands down the worst internet and mobile service. There is tried to upgrade my phone and they won't let me because they won't give me a list of phones that are compatible with their service and now they're going to lose all my money because of their customer service. Zero stars would be preferable

Internet is overpriced for what you get. The cherry on top is they hold you hostage and won't let you cancel your internet until you answer lifestyle questions to the rep over the phone. I would not recommend this service to anyone due to their awful customer service. People should be able to cancel service from the app.

I would give no stars but it won't let me. I transferred my internet Aug 1 and asked for my cable to be canceled as I dont use it. They ended up transferring both and never canceled the cable. The representative never noted in my account to cancel the cable and never told me I had to delete and re-download the app for my transferred account to generate, I was not receiving anything in the app. When I called just now to explain the situation, the new representative said the cable was never canceled even though I spent an hour on the phone back in August to get the cable canceled and keep the internet. This is literally stealing.

I canceled my service on the phone and they told me to just go drop off equipment here. I come, sign in, and begin to wait. Service was already canceled so I simply asked one of the employees if I could just drop it off. She rudely told me "we don't offer drop off here, your gonna have to go to ups or stay in line." I wouldn't try to cut in front of other customers at all and I didn't know you can't just drop off. There was absolutely no need for the attitude. Someone else wasn't in line and asked her something and she was happy to answer him so he could leave.

Update: It's still garbage. Always goes out. If you work remote, avoid spectrum. Will be losing money from your job because you can't work, while still paying for crappy internet that doesn't work.

I promise you wanna look into someone else's services beThey send people to walk around Walmart and lock you into low monthly rates for a year, and then when the year is over they NEARLY DOUBLE the cost of what they originally told you the service was gonna cost. Not to mention, there is ALWAYS outages, and they say they will "credit" your account, but they never do. I called and canceled my service before they took the bill out of my bank account and when I called and asked why they not only took more than $30 more than my last year worth of bills were, they told me that they were a monthly subscription, and It didn't matter if I canceled one day after the 14th of the month, I would still have to pay the full month subscription. They are all around a HORRIBLE provider to deal with, and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. JUST ANOTHER CORPORATION THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS CONSUMERS, ONLY THE MONEY THEY CAN LIE, SCHEME AND CHEAT THEM OUT OF.
