Absolutely the rudest people I have ever delt with do not bring your fur babies here. I could only imagine how they treat their patients when owners are not around

Great doctor that you can tell they really care about the animals they examine. Just needs more vets so the wait isn’t so dang long! I understand being short staffed but there are better ways to deal with that situation than just having you sit in an examination room for an hour waiting to be seen. Maybe dont take walk-ins unless it’s an emergency and only do appointments if you don’t have the staff to see every animal within a reasonable time. I would have rather been told to make an appointment another day rather than be told nothing and have to be there for 3 hours for a 5 minute pet examination! That’s way too long to wait… highly recommend them if they can just fix the understaffed issue that causes unreasonable wait times…

Traveling to FL with our 3 dogs, passing through TN, we stopped in Clarksville for the night. In the early morning hours of the following day, we had an emergency situation with one of our dogs requiring immediate veterinary care. Our new 20lb rescue pup got into our senior dog’s medication. He was able to open a pill bottle & eat about 10 chewable 100mg Rimadyl tablets. Fortunately for us, we found St Bethlehem Animal Clinic. I called & their kind staff instructed us to bring him into their clinic ASAP. The minute we walked through the door, the doctors started treating him. We were there almost 2 hours. Our little pup is fine & I can’t say enough about the great care he received. Thank you!!

In the last 3 months I've had 4 of my babies in to be fixed. First was my baby boy, 8 mo old to be neutered. 78lbs of puppy. When I came to get him, he was happy and talking to everyone. Silly puppy! Last Monday I took in my momma dog and two of her daughters. Just so y'all know, these puppies are my whole life.. I had a panic attack while dropping them off, the ladies in the clinic were so awesome to me and help calm me down. At about mid morning they had an emergency come in and pushed my dogs surgery back. Momma dog came home Monday night and we had to wait till morning to get the 2 girls. The clinic was amazing with all of my babies. When I got them home I checked them over and was very shocked to see that the incision was very small and clean. Very little swelling and all 3 of my girls were loopy but Happy. Thanks you all at St. Bethlehem clinic, you all are amazing... Update. All the girls are healing nicely

Do NOT go here. Brought my dog in because she wasn't eating. They put her on fluids and said they thought she may have been bitten by something. Called ALL DAY the next day and no one would give me info and kept saying the doctor would call. NO CALL! Only told me she was resting comfortably. Next morning they said we should put her down they thought it was distemper. I pick her up and take her to another vet. She had eaten a huge rock, had surgery and is now home. THEY TRIED TO KILL MY DOG. You have been warned! Do NOT go here!

Prices are going to be high anywhere. It's healthcare, so yall quit crying about that. The staff here are extremely friendly and patient, and after having my puppy vaccinated, my dog helped with an injury, and my cats boarded for quite some time, I don't think I'll ever visit another vet clinic.

I brought my pets here for a spay and neuter, they were recommended by the humphrey’s county humane society, both dogs that I took came back with kennel cough and my older dog has caught from them as well now, the staff was very kind and helpful during their visit and they don’t charge an arm and a leg like most vets do, but it seems they take know precautions to not spread disease amongst the pets in there facility

I’ve never been to the St. Bethlehem Animal Clinic befor Fire August 14th. My kitty cat that I had for almost 20 years couldn’t breathe anymore. She was struggling and in lotta pain and I took her there, and they were so amazing and gentle and very careful when we had to put her down and they Cremated my kitty and gave me a little paw prints with a beautiful little poem with it and it was just phenomenal for such a sad, horrible day. They were so amazing to me beautiful place.

Yeah I'll tell you about my experience with Saint Bethlehem Animal Clinic every single person at that clinic except for the actual veterinarian herself or doctor or whatever you want to call her was absolutely rude and unprofessional to me and my dog they diagnosed my dog with feacal motile bacteria told me that he should be back to his usual self within 3 days I brought him home and he didn't even make it through the night when a call was placed to their office the next day to inquire on reimbursement for the $320 bill that I had to pay for his medicine they were again rude to my niece told her that they were not going to reimburse us because the medicine had already been opened which in fact two different of the medications have never been opened because he didn't even live long enough to be able to take them they murdered my dog and then had the audacity to not even give me a call back in regards to my dog dying in their hands I would not recommend anybody to take their animal here because if you do you're going to be burying your dog like I had to the next morning I am completely beside myself and heartbroken to say the least and this raggedy ass Clinic didn't even have enough nerve to give me a call after learning about the death of my dog ! I hope all these pieces of shit that work there no including the owner that I'm not letting this go and I'm going to do everything in my power to spread the word if I have to hire a lawyer and Sue the fuck out of them I don't care that's what I'm going to do because below is a picture of my beloved Bubba and now that's all that I have left because of their negligence

The vet and staffs are amazing. I believe they are the best people I have ever met in vet clinics. It was my first walk-in visit. My dog has been scratching for 3-4days and finally got hurt himself with his nail, I really needed help after I tried everything I could do at home. Itching spray, coconut oil, Benadryl...and so on. I was kind of upset because another vet clinic where I have been visiting had next available after 4 weeks. So I called several places and decided to visit here. Waiting time was a little bit over 1 hour which is very normal. My dog is a high stress dog for treatments, so he wore a muzz, and 2 staffs had to hold him during diagnosis. The vet explained details what she found, and she treated immediately. My dog pooped on diagnosis table by accident, but they've never got upset. They were so kind, sweet, and professional. I'm not a person to leave either a good or bad review usually, but I thought I should leave a review for this amazing experience. I would keep visiting here definitely. I appreciate their professionals with positive attitude for my dog.

An absolutely amazing vet. Super knowledgeable, welcoming, and thinks about the whole picture when it comes to the family and family pet. With the number of vet clinics and hospitals in town, this is the one we were pointed to over and over.Grooming and boarding on site, too.

Brought my dog here last Thursday as a first time walk in patient because they opened early & had walk in availability. I’ll be honest, when I called at opening, the receptionist kind of cut me off with the hours for walk ins and I almost didn’t go, but I realized I was being sensitive because my baby was sick and I just wanted to tell someone who could fix it. I now realize she was just a busy lady trying to help me and many other people as quickly as possible. She was very kind during every interaction after. We were seen last Thursday and again early Monday morning because symptoms were worsening. I left Monday after learning my dog was much sicker than anyone thought and likely only had a few weeks. The vet asked me to come back Thursday to examine again, or sooner if his condition worsened. We were back by 4:30 tonight knowing our time with my Murphy was coming to a close. The staff could not have treated us with more kindness and empathy than they did. We were checked in before we arrived, pulled in to a room quickly, and given 2 options- let him rest or try to stabilize him for the short term knowing he would pass soon and was in pain. We chose to let him rest and my boy crossed the rainbow bridge shortly after. I cannot tell you the difference things like a hug, a tissue, and a hand on your shoulder can make when you say goodbye to your best friend too soon. I’ve never had to put a dog to sleep, but I know that we did it the right way and with the utmost care today. Thank you, St. Bethlehem Animal Clinic, for allowing us time to say goodbye. My boy was lucky to have you look after him for the last week and my other furry family members will be making their move to your office. With sincere gratefulness,The Webb Family
