This location is horrible at making drinks. I’ve had 3 experiences here with my drinks tasting like water, with none of the flavor I requested. It’s poor service and all the drinks from this location taste just like water. I would try another location.

The racism I just experienced at this Starbucks is unbelievable. I order my drink at 12:19 pm and sat in waited for over 20 minutes while being ignored by the staff. Once I got the cashiers attention I asked about my drink only to learn no one even attempted to make the drink while watch other customers come in and place orders and get their drink in a timely manner. It’s 2024 can Starbucks lay off the racism?!

My drink was made wrong. I just took it. They made it again, and it was still wrong.It was a simple drink.Large Mocha with no whip cream. They put whip cream. I accepted it.Also, l was unaware of the limitations of sugar-free options. I will not return.

Very rude staff members this morning. My friend and I were on the way to work and decided to stop here before getting on the interstate. Sure we were there 30-40 minutes early but what does that hurt? One of the employees asked us what are we doing there and then when we were able to go in there was no greeting or anything. The same girl proceeded to ask, "do yall know what yall want?" HUH? As we were the only 2 customers you'd think they'd say "your food is ready" or something, but no they took our items to the end of the counter and said nothing. Very rude. If you don't want to come in to work, call out. Sure its 4 am and I didn't want to be up either but you know ahead of time that this is a job that would utilize customer service skills and they had little to NONE.

I would normally give this place a much higher rating, however after waiting patiently for my order, I noticed part of it was missing. So I politely asked a young gal in the kitchen (since everyone else was understandably extremely busy), where the rest of my order was.First thing she said was, and I QUOTE... "You're going to have to STEP BACK!! You are not allowed back here! I CAN'T help you, you need to STEP BACK!"I was shocked how rude she was! First off all, I was NOT behind the counter! I was at the end of the counter peaking in the back room. I politely asked for assistance, and she started yelling at me!!I hope the MANAGER reads these reviews!! She needs to be reprimanded! So much for CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I must say though during my initial visit when I placed the order, the other gal that took my order was very pleasant.

2023: Drive through situation hasn't changed. Busy but still a good place to grab a quick cup of coffee. Used to have comfy seating but is now primarily hard chairs and no longer feels inviting. Some staff are brusque, some are very accommodating, and all seem stressed.2016: Good, but almost always a wait at the drive through.
