Walked in, not greeted or addressedT-Mobile customer for 10+ years. Went in for an upgrade and was told my IPhone 12 Pro Max was worth $250, but if upgraded my plan ($70 p/m increase) then my phone would valued at $850 on a trade in. Same phone, value increases w/ plan change. That’s nonsense.Jeramy was very unhelpful, couldn’t explain anything, would barely talk or communicate and spent the whole time doing math on his phone calculator and telling me they’d add a line for free - repeatedly told him I wasn’t interested. Told him I was going to AT&T and he said he used to work door to door for them and they were all offering the same things.Walked into ATT - greeted promptly by super helpful guy.AT&T offered me $1000 for the phone, discounted my internet with them $20 a month and walked out the door with two new 15 pro max’.

I will give 5 STARS FOR RAMON, one of the store managers. He practices the BEST customer service values. BUT, 0(Zero) STARS for BLAKE. “The Mobile INCOMPETENT EXPERT” which seems that he can’t think intelligently when trying to solve customer’s requests (customer service not for you MAN).

Worst customer service ever. Went straight to AT&T and they bought out my contract, gave me what I was asking for, and maid my monthly payment cheaper. T-MOBILE IS TRASH.

I only leave reviews when I have received truly exceptional service and today at T-mobile on Wilma Rudolph, Nick and Nicholas provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. These two gentleman dealt with my wife and I as well as the customers in front of us with the utmost respect. They were both very knowledgeable of T-mobile's plans and policies and it was very clear that together they make an excellent team.As for the service.... I live out in Guthrie, my wife did speed tests the whole way home and we had 5G the entire way! In town (Clarksville) where I couldn't even log into my banking apps or anything else important with Verizon I was getting over 350 Mbps with T-mobile!I've been with Verizon for over 20 years. If the cell phone service is even half as good as their customer service, I'll spend the next 20 years and beyond with T-Mobile.Thanks again guys!

Ended up having to buy a new phone after transferring my daughter's Sim to my old phone. Half if not more of the problem could be blamed on Samsung, but not happy with the service we got.

Since moving to Tennessee I have been trying to get my phone added to my girlfriend's family plan, but no one seemed able to do it. I have been to multiple T-Mobile stores, and no one could do it. Finally tried this location, and ehatba difference. The store is super clean, and the employees are really friendly and knowledgeable. Big shout out to Nickolas, who was able to get me switched over - and it all took less than 15 minutes. Go visit this location if you need ANYTHING.

I would highly recommend T-Mobile especially this location. Nickolas is a great sales person with great customer service, and his manager George takes time to make things right for his customers. I would recommend double checking what you are receiving before signing anything though.
