The West Group made buying our first home go really smoothly. Kaylee and Zach were amazing to work with. They were really great at keeping us updated with the whole process, we got weekly updates. Always there when we had any questions! Just a great experience working with them! Definitely recommend.

These guys are amazing!! From the moment we start the process they were there the whole process! Kaylee was amazing to work with and Zac, Randi and all the people in the office were amazing. This was our first time buying a home and they were amazing! I had a lot of questions and they answer everything question. They have no problem answering anything I needed answer!!! They are AMAZING AND WONDERFUL!! When we get to refinance they are who I am going to refinance my house through again!!! Thank you all for your help and helping us get our Dream Home!!!!

The West Group is a phenomenal group of people who can guide you in your needs for a home loan. Stacy, Zac and Kaylee are simply amazing and will get it done every if you think it can't be done. If there is a way, they will find it!! I had a crazy home situation going on and they lead me through the process and made sure I understood every step of the way! Love this group of people!

Ok, where do I start, the entire experience with them lasted approx 4 months. I own a house through FHA, so they were the only lender that said they could get me approved for another FHA loan. The first house I went to buy, I got through the entire buying process, to be told, “Hey you cant buy another FHA home within 100miles of your last one.” When asked why didn’t they tell me this before, Trish said “ It was in the fine print, I didn’t know. We can get you approved conventional, you just will need 40k” Wasn’t it her job to know this? Ok, so I found a house 100 miles from my other house. Went through the entire buying process ( appraisal , inspection etc) again. Get to the end and I’m told hey, you dont have 25% equity in your other home, so we have to go conventional, you need more money. Shouldn’t they have known, I needed 25% equity in my last home? Ok, I sell my motorcycle, I make it happen. To be told by Zach, “ Oh well it wasn’t guaranteed that we could go conventional.” To be eventually told I dont qualify for conventional. I was finally contacted and told hey we got you approved, but you have to put down 20k! Like I just had 20k sitting in the bank. Long story short, they did not know what they were doing from the very beginning, basically throwing things out there and seeing if they could make it stick. Which is not the way a company should conduct itself with something as serious as home buying and people’s livelihood’s. I wasted months of my time, energy and money. All for them not to be able to get it done. The communication was horrible and it seemed like I and my realtor was bothering/pestering them every time I contacted them, for a simple update. I would not use The West Group again, EVER! They will say they can get things done that they are not sure they can. Save yourself the time and trauma, and go with a more professional lender. I would have rather been told from the beginning, “hey sorry you dont qualify.” than to be dragged through this traumatic experience of fake hope, which was heartbreaking not only for me, but my children who had thought they were moving into this home.

The whole company as a whole is OUTSTANDING! Being a first time home buyer it was very stressful. Having a VA home loan is even more stressful. Zac and Stacey went above and beyond for my family. If there was a higher rating I would give it to them. Will definitely be recommending all of my Veteran friends to them!
