They have it listed that they are open until 4 on Saturday but that is not at all the case. Poor communication over the phone and too much time on hold to simply say there’s nothing you can do to help. Will not waste my time calling them again.

Over 9 years ago we got our loyal partner, Doc, from the El Paso Human Society and yesterday we said our goodbyes to him with the wonderful support of Amy Mcintire, DVM and Jessica, Vet Tech. I just can't even put into words how comfortable they made our experience and how accommodating and crucially compassionate they were during the whole process. Our Doc had what we believe to be subcutaneous lymphoma and had hit a hard wall on Friday evening. I was extremely concerned his pain was too much on Saturday, so I felt it was time to talk with a professional. We recently moved to Ft Campbell and had not established care with a local vet at the time. I looked on Yelp and a few other sites attempting to find vet services open on a Saturday. I called the Tiny Town Clinic at approximately 1130am when I knew I may need to hear from an expert that the time had come for our Doc. I was scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm on the same day, a Saturday! Now just know they close at 4pm. Not once did the staff rush me on leaving my pup or the office until I was ready. I lost track of time and didn't even realize it was closing time because Dr. Macintire and Jessica were sooo comforting. Today is hard, real hard, but this team of wonderful pet lovers and caregivers were there for us when we needed them the most. They even allowed my 7 y/o son to stay and hug on him the whole time offering if he ever needed to leave the room that the front staff would make sure he was okay. That is a true compassionate team!! I believe I have found the vet and vet care team to take care of my other pup. Thank you sooooo much!!! We are forever grateful for you all. Side note: Doc - If you didn't know, Doc is not a real doctor but he is a real dog . Doc how sweet your soul. May you fly high in doggie heaven our forever loyal partner!! Your muddy paw prints will be missed!!!

Worst place ever, not helpful and not empathetic. Would never go back. My dog was sick and instead of suggesting another vet or emergency vet they said "well we are booked up for a few days" and didn't offer any alternatives.

I have nothing but good to say about this clinic. The young doctor my dog sees, Dr. Stephanie is truly the most caring doctor my dog has seen.

We have Jack Russell that wasn't eating and drinking. We took him to the vet and found out he has kidney failure. He was hospitalized on the 6th of this month. He was at the vet for five days and then sent home with medication and a special diet. We gave him all medication as told to us and he stopped eating again. We took him back to the vet on the 14th. The vet said he was dehydrated and that he had taken him off the IV to soon. We picked him up today- July 20th. We had paid $2000.00 for the first treatment which the vet, Dr. Reese said he could be discharged and treated at home. When he returned to the vet days later, Dr. Reese repeatedly told us he messed up the first time by taking him off his IV and it probably shocked his kidneys. Today we where handed another $2000.00 bill. No new diagnosis besides that my dog is a picky eater. Now, you tell me, if you take your car to the mechanic and they fix it then four days later the same thing happens, does the shop give you another bill, or if someone is doing work on your house do you pay for them to fix it twice?? To top this all off, Dr. Reese wouldn't talk to us in person but later called us with a blocked phone number two and asked for an explanation as to why we left the office in such a disgusting way." I answered him by asking for an explanation as to why he disgustingly lied. He responded that he saved our dog's life and we should be thankful. Meanwhile, the dog wasn't terminal and most importantly, didn't you take an oath to do so?

I got lied to from this vet. They said they aren't taking new clients, but last week they were with full availability. Seems really messed up.

It took over 35 minutes after my dog's appointment to even speak to anyone, i had to call was put on hold for over 14 minutes. My dog was obviously not a priority, we just left without being seen.

Extremely friendly and seemingly well organized for COVID as customers wait in their cars. Only 4 stars because I was there for 2 hours. That being said the vet talked in the phone for 20 minutes with me detailing several issues. Some things she said she'd note for me she didn't so I had to call back for clarity on three things. Overall happy but plan to be here a while as they are busy.

Phone service... WACK. I was left on hold for 14 minutes and asked my husband to call on his phone and they answered his questions immediately. Other than that decent walk-in service.

I would recommend tiny town to anyone! Our dog got very sick and I can't even count the times we came in the past two weeks. Most of the people working there know our pups name now. Everyone that helped us was so sweet and nice. I felt very well taken care of. Dr Blake is also amazing. He is very patient and will take his time explaining what is going on and what the best plan of action is. I called him twice in one day and he listened and answered all my questions. I can't thank everyone there enough for being so awesome and helpful. You can tell that they care about their patients.

I love the vets here but they really need to do something about their wait times even when you have appointments

I have used Banfield Animal hospital for the past 15+ years. After my last dog passed away, I adopted a stray from animal control. They recommended I take her to Tiny Town Animal Clinic for her veterinary needs. My stray had sarcoptic mange, was 15lbs underweight, and needed to be spayed. The team at Tiny Town welcomed me with open arms! They have been so kind and patient with me as I took on a new dog in need. In the past 7 weeks that I've had my dog, we have had several visits. THREE of them stand out! The first, I had to board my dog ( not spayed, recovering from mange) so I could go to my brothers wedding. She received SO MUCH LOVE and care from the entire team! Especially Lisa who tended to her the most! The second time, I brought her back for a check up to see if she was in good enough health to finally be spayed. My appointment was at 9am, and I didn't get tended to until 9:30 or see a doctor until 9:45. After inquiring if this was normal, I got an honest response, and they comped my doctors visit. GOOD BUSINESS! The third, I had just picked up my dog from her spayed surgery, and AUNTY LISA brought my dog out with a new blanket, a package of dog treats and a feel better card! This 100% came from HER! Tiny Town has a WONDERFUL staff! All the ladies who work there are great but LISA is what inspired me to write this review! She truly cares for the dogs. And she is a beautiful person! I HIGHLY recommend this clinic for all your veterinary needs as well as boarding! I trust that my dog will be well loved and cared for! Ask for Aunty Lisa!

The vet is the dogs version of going to the dentist. No one enjoys it, it's just something you have to do. My dog was due for her annual exam, and I needed to find a vet ASAP. They seemed to have the best reviews in the area so this is the only vet I considered. I found myself with my first free Saturday in a hot minute! I called the day before to book an appointment, but they were completely booked (not surprised). The receptionist let me know that they also do walk-ins, but I would need to expect a wait. Of course I pried a little more. I asked her when she would come in if she were in my shoes. She gave me the scoop, if you come in super early right when they open, you will be seen pretty quick. I showed up 5 minutes before they open, and was the first person to sign in. The waiting room has coffee and snacks. They also have a table for kids to play at. No kids were in the office, but I can see how they might be overwhelmed by all the animals. It's great that they have a kids spot! They probably had 6 dogs in the waiting room. The waiting room is very strategically set up so that dogs can avoid other dogs if they don't get along. When they called us back to the exam room, The Lorax was already super comfortable with the staff. Danny, the vet tech, came in first to check on her. Coming from Arizona, we don't see a lot of fleas and ticks... here apparently that is every dog owners #1 concern. Danny took the time to educate me on Tennessee dog ownership 101. You can tell that every member of their staff really loves animals. Dr. Lambeth came in to give her shots. He was wonderful. I appreciate a doctor who would be willing to extra mile for your pet. Sure enough between checkin, shots, and vet time, I clocked it at one hour and 15 minutes. Totally reasonable for a walk-in annual exam. Pricing was about what you would expect. Everyone I interacted with today was absolutely wonderful. They also have grooming services, and pet boarding that I plan on using in the future.

Have been taking my dogs there for years.
