Decent place to shop. Selection wasn't as great this time as I am positive it had been picked over well. Waited 35 minutes in line to check out! Overall happy with purchases.

You know, you should really change your hours of operation to the correct hours of operation on the website. I went to your store in hopes of shopping for my granddaughter’s birthday because online it says you’re open until 11 PM, Not to mention that I had to spend $15 to Uber there. And when I got there you were closed. And then of course $15 to Uber back home, not very happy.

I work in the jewelry business myself as a manager. I went into T.J maxx today and saw a cute bracelet I wanted to get. The lady (older black lady) at the counter was putting up something and get things out so I politely went up and said whenever you get a minute can I see something. I only did that because she didn’t greet me and I assumed she just didn’t see me. She said in a hateful tone “Ma’am I’ll be with you when I can”..like I was a burden to her. Honestly, I never do this but I turned around and walked out. I would be disgusted knowing that my employees didn’t greet a customer and treated them hatefully when they spoke up for help. If she’s like this when it’s not even busy, can you imagine what she’s going to be like when she is? Do better !!

Ross seems to have become what TJ Max was. This is where I always went to get my inexpensive skirt suits for work, now it is slim pickins. Still great though for HomeGoods.
