I am so thankful for the Salon at Ulta! Isabella has made me feel so beautiful with how she has styled my hair and eyebrows. She did my hair for my engagement pictures, did my eyebrows for my wedding, and gave me a haircut that helped my hair feel healthy and refreshed! I have had wonderful experiences each time I have come to this store and its salon. I am thankful to have found such a wonderful salon in the area and look forward to my next appointment!

Cashiers are rude! Definitely need retraining and on customer service, never again. I’ll just take myself across the parking lot to Sephora. The amount of $$ I spend you think they want people to come back.

I went in for a color match. The employee did an awful job with matching my foundation. I would have looked like a Halloween character had I taken her advice. She kept saying the makeup needed time to sit. No. I refused to make a purchase. At a later date, I visited a retail store for the product that I was interested in purchasing and was matched with the perfect shade.

The Salespeople always make me feel like I do not belong, I had asked for help in finding a new foundation and color match, and they made me feel very insecure about it. Something that should never happen. The lady at the register was very nice and had great customer service, but the manager on duty was extremely rude.

I was generally satisfied with the large assortment, but the attitude of one of the cashiers was bad.
I am a foreigner and live here for a limited time, so my smartphone number is not valid.
When I told her that I didn't have a phone number, she put points on the account of the woman who was paying next to me.
I didn't lose money, and the woman was not bad either, but it was shocking that she gave points to others without my permission.
Maybe it's a cultural difference, but it was a pity that I was having fun shopping

I went to Ulta today just to get a wave iron. I left with much more than I came for and it was the best experience I have had at any Ulta I’ve been too. As I approached the door, I could see the smiling faces of the store representatives (as ALWAYS). What stood out to me the most was how inviting your representative, Kiana was as I walked into the store. I explained to Kiana that I was interested in several make up products. She assisted me with color matching my foundation. We tried a number of different brands and shades with Kiana educating me every step of the way. We had a wonderful conversation and she stayed with me throughout my time in the store recommending different products and explaining the benefits of different hair items. This experience made my day! I look forward to coming back to this location! See you soon 🤍

Do not come to this salon for a special event without a trial. I’ve been to 5 different ulta salons and have never had an issue as I have at this salon. Booked a hair and makeup appt for wedding photos and just to feel special for Mother’s Day. Asked for big curls and got Utah curls. Stylist thought the allergic reaction I was having was scars and continued to put product on my face (Never ever had a problem with the makeup she used (fenty, huda) , assuming it’s from bacteria on brushes). Once she realized it was from whatever she used, she restarted and started saying how she wouldn’t make me pay for it because of how it looks. And then started saying how she had other appointments and needed to stop, my face being half done. She started getting really frustrated, had an attitude, and I was just trying not to cry. She didn’t even brush out my hair, just tried to get rid of me and started working on the next girl.
I was so shocked, and was in tears when checking out. The manager did nothing, just checked me out with tears in my eyes. Absolutely awful customer service, I went back and explained to the manager everything that happened and she didn’t want to refund me for the makeup because my eyes were done, which is insane because they weren’t, no eyelashes because she put them on and they just kept lifting, looked awful.

I went in for my Mother’s Day shopping, was soo excited and was let down with the service. every single staff was rude. Ruined my experience. Not one came up to check on anyone, they talked all behind the counter. Laquisha check me out, she did not smile once. Did not look happy to help. Originally from New Mexico, been to ABQ locations and Farmington and OMG this is by far the worse Ulta I’ve been in, not welcoming.
