Monday (Halloween) I entered Ulta to make some purchases because I had to throw away my daily make-up due to an eye infection I got during my vacation. I had been putting it off because after I got home from vacation I got news a friend of mine unexpectedly passed away... To be honest I've been just so distraught over it I haven't really left home, and I was not feeling good emotionally. I got up to the counter and the person who helped me at the counter was so sweet and the manager on duty was so kind to me. The manager on duty was attentive and her energy was so positive. I was able to get what I needed and I left feeling better. Thank you.

Bathrooms were perfect for the disabled to use. I've had some really bad experiences with this at other places. I would suggest that some isles are to tight for wheelchair users. If you can't walk through the area without turning sideways how is a wheelchair going to fit?

I love shopping here in general for beauty things but I had recently booked a makeup service. The ladies where absolutely incredible, a little disappointed the lady who did my makeup didn't seem very sure of herself and what she was doing.

Austin and Jordan are AMAZING!!! I am from out of state and this was my first time at an Ulta. I do not know anything about makeup or how/why to apply in certain areas. Austin was patient with my cluelessness and helped me pick out the correct products and shades for the overall look I was trying to achieve. Plus, signed me up with a class with Jordan. Jordan was very informative and kind. She was extremely patient as I was hesitant on trying to have a “natural look” that was full coverage and to try new to me things. At the end of my visit, both employees were all over the store trying to find the right products for me. Thank you very much Austin and Jordan for making my insecure, clueless experience the most comfortable, fun, and memorable! My Ulta store back home has a high bar of expectation from me, I hope they are just as excellent as the two of you! Thank you!

I adore this store. Unlike Sephora, you can find drugstore brands as well as higher prices and quality brands. When shopping for me, my niece, and my step-daughter, this makes it a one-stop shop.

I love this store! I'm here multiple times a week. The store is always clean and the staff is always nice! I recently got my eyebrows done by Mo! She is just the absolute sweetest! I definitely will be back for her to wax these brows again!

I think the store itself is great and everyone is helpful. Though my daughters experience getting her hair colored was horrible. She spend 120.00 on a highlight she didn't like and it was the worse dye job I've ever seen. She is just a teenager and I'm trying to teach her to be honest and assertive although she didn't tell the woman she didn't like it. The woman also didn't ask her if she liked it. She was devastated and now has to pay another 80 to 100 to get it fixed. I'm told the men who do hair there are good, so choose one of them. I just can't believe the woman thought her work was good and charged her full price. Effin ridiculous.

I came to Ulta with my family since my sister wanted to try a nude lip look. I was helping her pick out some products and then took a moment to look around which is what people do when they shop. I just want to say…as a black woman who purposely leaves her purse in the car just so people don’t think I’m stealing, you can definitely feel when workers are watching you and when they make condescending remarks like “ it looks like you were looking for something “ (who isn’t “looking” when they shop) . I didn’t say anything at the time because I thought I could be overreacting, but felt validated when I learned my sister and mom felt the same way after leaving the store. Also, there was a worker standing by the exit as we left and didn’t even bother to say “have a good day”or acknowledge us at all. As a person who used to work in retail, I know no worker is going to come out and ask “are you stealing”, but just know your customers are not stupid and can feel when they are being watched and it’s very uncomfortable. I have met some nice workers there in the past, so this is not to judge the store as a whole but my most recent trip was not the greatest

I visited ulta for a hair cut on 7-4-2022. The stylist was mostly professional. Paid over $60 for the hair cut. I’ve never had my hair cut the way she did it. She washed my hair, combed it out and cut it straight across my back. The whole cut took 5 minutes. I have long hair. She didn’t pin any up and work it in different layers and make sure everything was even. Well guess what, my hair is uneven when its dry. Will I ever go back to this salon or recommend them … NO.

The salon here is wonderful!! I’ve been twice now and I had Conner both times. He is super sweet and does an absolutely amazing job! So thorough and he pays attention to every detail and I love it!! I don’t see myself going anywhere else for my hair!!!

Love love this store but I think they should get makeup artists that are better at getting the customers ideal makeup and what would work for them better so that when they pay for a facial they don’t look crazy walking out.

I'm in town visiting my mother from New York and normally my Ulta experiences are wonderful and the employees are always so welcoming and helpful.This location has terrible service and employees. Im never really bothered by not being greeted when entering a store, but when everyone else after me is greeting, is a bit telling.I was looking around the story for a certain product and was seen by an employee who looked at me and as I began to ask her for assistance she turned and walked away.I then made my way to check out and this same employee checked me out with the most disrespectful attitude possible. I will not be returning to this location.

The workers that work here are very nice. Veda was especially helpful, and was super kind to me. They knew exactly where everything was, and was excited to help me with my makeup needs. They got hair products and makeup products here. Can't wait for fenty to come here!
