I’m just wondering how is it possible that I have been literally receiving packages from every other company without a problem, but UPS scan the packages as out for delivery and then keep putting “Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery until the next business day” as an excuse when the roads are literally clear. How is it posible that I order things after that and they have been delivered, meanwhile here is UPS without being able to deliver my packages. Are they being scan as out for delivery for the drivers to get paid and then never actually make it out of the facility. One day even with the roads clear understandable, but two days, three days, four days, this is just ridiculous.

Went to this location after my next day air package containing my passport was delayed due to weather. It was supposed to be delivered Friday but was delayed until Monday, but I was leaving Sunday for an international trip. I went into the customer center and the employee were doing all they could to help people but the other customers were completely unprofessional. The employees maintained their professionalism and were able to get my passport delivered Saturday morning. Many people that leave the negative reviews are completely unreasonable. This location goes through tens of thousands of packages a day and customers should be understanding of that. Thank you again to this staff and all the hard work they do to help people out! Truly go above and beyond!

Multiple deliveries to my apartment flagged as failed delivery with no attempt to knock on door, much less come to the door. Changed delivery point to a drop off point just for the delivery point to never have a truck door for delivery or pickup. Went to customer center during posted hours to find out closed.

I'm really at the point of canceling all packages that will be shipped by UPS because this keeps happening. I got notification that there was a delivery attempt but when I look outside, no one even came into the apartment complex parking lot to even try to open any of the doors or leave it by the mailboxes. This means the driver had to drive around the perimeter of the apartment complex which is on a main road and mark it as delivery attempted instead of finding the parking lot entrance and entering it to get to the main entrance of building.

If I could rate ZERO stars that's the rating you'd receive!! For the 5th time, I'm having to make a complaint for the same problem. Drivers who don't read/follow directions. It clearly states "PLACE IN LOCKBOX, on the package!! " What it doesn't say is to ignore the *NO TRESPASSING SIGN* enter the backyard and place on back porch. If the driver would have gotten bit, it clearly would have been on said trespasser!! The lockbox is waist high not easy to miss, there is signage on the door,package and lockbox. This is a refrigeratored medication, my fiance had to go looking for the medication as I work 12 hours days.

Oh boy, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Had a delivery scheduled, was told I "missed" it, despite not hearing a knock and am now told that I have to pick up at a location tomorrow. I'm betting the driver never attempted to deliver. Don't even try to contact any sort of customer support, it's all robots and will not allow you to contact a representative unless it's a "valid reason". Going to skip out on any service that uses this as a delivery method.

The Ups service driver didn't follow instructions or tracking notification. My package was to be delivered at 10:30am. I was notified it was brought 7:48am. The driver was to knock on the door because there is no doorbell, the driver just left a note saying I was not there, it would cost me $7.00 to pick up my package and no time was told me, if I wanted my package delivered the next day. BAD BUSINESS. ?

Friendly and helpful staff. Even printed and mailed my USPS return so I didn't have to make another stop. Totally worth the $3.

My package will be outside in your frozen truck for four days, since arriving to your center. So much for expedited service. Very poor service to homes furthest from the distribution center. FEDEX out of Nashville is so much better.

Sent me a text msg because the delivery guy was too lazy to drop off my pikg said thre was no safe place to do so. I was home all day. Or they could've stuck it in a bag on my gate like they usually do, not that I prefer that but don't lie about it and say u couldn't drop it off.
