My wife and I have been using the services at the UPS Store on Madison St, Clarksville, TN for several years now. We’ve always had a great customer service experience there, even when the lines are long and it’s busy. Big shout out to Max, Scott, and Kyle. These guys are professional, knowledgeable and patient.

The location at 1960 Madison St. Suite J, Clarksville, TN 37043 already has a history of not opening at the posted time. Typically it's usually only 5-10 minutes past the hour. However, today was an egregious exception is it opened an hour past the posted opening hours. At one point there were as many as 24 customers lined up outside the door, waiting in the morning heat and excessive humidity. One elderly woman appeared as if she was on the verge of passing out, while others left one-by-one and opted to drive across town to the Wilma Roudolph location. Eventually, an employee who was scheduled for a later morning shift showed up, but had no access to the facility. She was able to call someone to get a code to open the main lobby so at least the customers wouldn't have to wait out in the heat or lose their place in the line. Kudos to her. She advised us that a seperate employee was called in to open the main service area. I was the first in line with one parcel pre-packed and properly labled. All I needed was the drop-off receipt which was provided at exactly 09:04 AM. One hour, four minutes past the posted opening hour. Do better UPS. This is getting bad.

Never had a bad experience until today. Normally amazing staff, however, today I had to leave with my packages. An employee should NEVER be disrespectful or try to have the last word with a customer. If a customer chooses to leave, it’s best just to say nothing or have a great day.

This is the most dirty chaotic out of control ups store I’ve ever been too. There were packages thrown everywhere! Piled up, spilling over. The self check out Amazon space was overflowing to the floor. It was a mess. I probably waited in line 15 minutes just to use the self serve space. The workers were so slow they got through about 3 customers in that time. Total together 2 employees helped 3 people in 15 min. 2 women cut in front of me to get to the self serve spot. It was completely nuts. I’ve been here twice and am going to try to find another ups to go to from now on cuz both times this place was a disaster

I had such a wonderful customer service experience today with Nelly & Max. Nelly was very kind and professional. I needed to make copies, some in color and B&W along with mail next day an important document to the licensing board and he kept my documents secure while I went quickly went home to get my wallet with my ID. The store was busy this evening, he and Max handled the work flow with the utmost professionalism while assisting one another. I often come to this store for my finger printing, Amazon return and postal needs as each experience is such a pleasant one. They handle the demands of their various roles and responsibilities so well. Nelly has the most pleasant disposition, is understanding, patient, detail oriented, greets customers and opens the doors for patrons with a smile. How they juggle their various roles and responsibilities with ease, is beyond me. I appreciate all they do!

Before today, I have always been treated with respect. Today I went in to get a form notarized, the young lady asked to see the form and I showed it to her, she handed it back.
She then asked for my ID and I gave it to her, and then I signed the form. She informed me that she no longer could notarized because I had signed the form before she was ready…. I was standing right there in front of her when I signed it. Will not go back there to get anything notarized!
