I’m writing this in the UPS parking lot after being helped by Asher today. I had to mail in important documents and get my passport picture taken and he was so helpful and went above and beyond a typical customer service. Thank you so much for all the help and hope you continue your great work!

I really didn't want to have to leave a review but this absolutely inexcusable. Both my mom and my coworker/friend have had nothing but issues with them.
My mom used to have packages delivered to her shop via UPS and every single time, without fail, they would say the business was closed so they couldn't deliver the package. Most of the times my mom would get the above message about mid day either in a text or email...while we were both sitting by the door...with the door wide open. This has been going on for over a year at my mom's shop.
Now, ups not delivering a package has directly impacted my coworker/friend's PHYSICAL health. She has extremely bad eczema and was recently (finally) able to go to the doctor to get a medication to help with it. Unfortunately, the doctor's office was in Nashville so the medication had to be shipped/delivered.
The medicine was supposed to be here almost a week ago and it has still not arrived. She repeatedly got messages and (automated) calls saying they couldn't find her house but when she called to talk to an actual person it would just go to voicemail. She's tried calling the main store and keeps getting sent to voicemail/dial tone/etc there as well. She finally was able to get the tracking number to pull up online and found out that it now says that the receiver requested a pick up at the store. THIS IS COMPLETELY FALSE.
She has never EVER requested for it to be picked up and still cannot get a hold of anyone. She is breaking out in horrible rashes and hives all because her medicine has not yet been delivered and she can't figure out where it's at.
I am absolutely LIVID for her. I hope the people here at UPS know that they're not just inconveniencing people but actually (NEGATIVELY) impacting people's lives. Absolutely disgusting.

I came in the store this morning (July 7) and it was a line wrap around the inside of the door. It was only one person working and her name is Cathy (Store # 3416 @ 2250 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Clarksville, TN. 37040). She told the customers that she will be right with them and thank them for their patience. She kept it professional and did not lose focus. She was nice and kind to each customer and that's customer service when your the only one here with 10 people in line. I would definitely come back with your company's great customer service. And I did return to mail another package around 1pm. Cathy had two other employees in helping her. She made the difference in me either going back to UPS or FedEx. I went back to UPS. Keep up the good work.

The line was short, and the workers were very efficient. I chose this location because it was closest to the road where I was driving. The store has a lot to offer as far as shipping, packing, and other office related functions. The employee, Max, was very helpful and efficient with processing my shipment. There is no self-serve kiosk, which would be a nice enhancement in the future.
