Usbank doesn’t care about their customers and it shows.Yes they have chairs. Yes they have free coffee and Biscoff cookies. But they will still make you wait a long time before making it clear to you that they don’t see you as a human, just a dollar sign.The tellers here are rude and barely let you finish your sentence before telling you that you should’ve solved your problem online before coming in.They don’t care that you couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone or online, they just don’t want to deal with you.Par for the course for usbank! They’ll take your money but they won’t take a second to listen.If you’re reading this, don’t go here! Take your business elsewhere!

My grandmother recently passed away. I was her POA and Executor of her will. I handled all her financial and medical matters and have the key to her deposit box containing her will. The staff was very callous and flippant to her passing and refused to allow me to retrieve her will since I was not listed as an owner of the deposit box. Very unprofessional in their behavior.

This is not a condemnation of this branch, but US Bank itself. I am a 15 yr veteran customer who recently discovered their VISA card doesn't protect from fraudulent merchants.

To Google User .... first of all you can NOT blame the bank for a check you wrote on money you did NOT have in your account! That was stupid on your part, that is NOT the bank's fault ... they are a bank and you SHOULD be blaming your electric company for Not holding the check until Friday like you asked them to. The bank just did it's job and posted the check because the electric company sent the it to them earlier than they should have ... the computers at night do not know that you asked your electric company to hold the check ... QUIT writing checks on money you do not have DUH!! LOL

The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I have to use this bank daily to make deposits for my job..and it always takes forever. There is never anyone at the drivethru window, and when u push the call button to notify them that you are there....IT STILL TAKES FOREVER FOR THEM TO COME

This is the worst bank EVER. I made 3 charges on my debit card with $100 in my account. I wrote a check for $230 to pay my electric bill and told them the money would not be in the account until Friday. The check went through Thursday along with the other 3 charges ($9, $9, and $20). Even though the charges were authorized days before the check, they took the $230 first, making the other 3 charges bounce. When I asked them "Why", they replied, "Unfortunately, it is our policy to take the higher amount first". So, to sum it up, the only reason this "policy" is in place is so that they can get the most money out of their "well appreciated customers". If the policy were exactly the oppisite and they took the smallest amount first (or lord forbid, the transactions were taken out in the order they were made), they would have only been able to charge me $33 for the overdraft on the $230 check. Instead, I got charged $33 (4 times). Thanks, US BANK. This is blatant ROBERY and I will not ever do business with you again. At the end of each week, after all bills have been paid, I have roughly $20 for my son and I to eat and buy gas with. Now you have taken $150 from me, forcing me to make the decision to eat and get to work or have running water and electricity. A MULTI-BILLION dollar corporation, and you are crooks. CHANGE YOUR POLICY. Until the charges are refunded, I will be calling you 10 times per day to make you work for my money.
