Terrible customer service. The bank manager is extremely rude and not professional. Not to mention they gave me the wrong change then argued with me about it. That wouldn't be an issue if they actually counted back the change. I guess my bad for not verifying. They also don't protect your confidential information and gave my information out to someone else. I called corporate they don't care. Save yourself the headache and don't bank here.

Sign on window says open from 9-noon on Saturdays. Visited at 10:17am to find everything closed. Very unhappy.

If you don't have the staff to run the drive-thru, Shut it down or at least put a note saying the wait times from this point are at least 30-45 minutes. With multiple accounts with US Bank, I am highly considering making a move.

Never in my life as a business owner have I had to deal with the lack of customer service that I have reviewed this last visit. I was the only person in line at the drive thru and nobody was inside and I was told I had to come inside to make multiple transactions. I could understand if it was busy, but again nobody inside and noone in the drive thru and I get told to come inside. I will be looking for another bank without such a ridiculous requirement.

ATM is the worst ever.... last week atm charge my account but didn't dispense money. It took 5 days to get money w/o 3$ fees. Today i said hey it should be fixed and tried using it to deposit $1660 so I can make an urgent payment . Machine too money and said out of service and now I'm being told file a claim that takes 10 business days to get money back. seriously really ???

Opened an account and it was closed less than a week later with absolutely no excuse, in my opinion, this is one of the worst financial institutions on the planet. I would bank with green dot or serve before ever banking here and it’s the banks fault
