So mad!! Just got charged $27 Late Fee on my credit card account because they said they haven't received last months payment. I always, ALWAYS, mail my bill as soon as I recieve it, which is a whole month before it's due!! This isn't the first time I've had issues with the postal service & my neighbors have the same problems!! This has got to stop!

Went to the post office this morning. Unfortunately the package I was having to return didn’t have a barcode from sender this was my first time returning usps. I always return fed-ex or ups. The sender sttd I had to return usps. Lady at the desk was rude, she wasn’t willing to help me she sent me to the self service kiosk. VERY poor customer service. She didn’t have a name tag wish I would have gotten her name. And then when I asked for a piece of paper to write info down for the sender, she huffed and puffed.

Thank you mail delivery for delivering my mail three houses away to a resident that was on vacation for two weeks. The water bill was paid late. This is a chronic issue in the Meadows at Hearthstone of Hearthstone neighborhood in Clarksville Tn. You should be privatized due to your incompetence.

I am so disappointed with this location! And apparently they don't even address these complaints!
This entire country's customer service standards have gone straight to hell in a hand basket ever since Covid. Everything was blamed on Covid, the delays, the mix up's! Well Covid is over so find a new excuse! Why have there have been no attempts to rebuild quality service and reliability!??
More emphasis seems to be placed on the amount of the sale of products rather than courtesy and politeness!
It seems they don't want to be at work and deliberately move extra slow as if they're performing surgery and you're in line forever!
I have a Post office box and even with my name on the side they load, they insist on putting everybody who ever had that po box's mail in my box! Complaining does nothing! My biggest complaint is I'm getting calls about bills I mailed not reaching their destination for sometimes 10 days if at all!!! What on earth are they doing with your mailed envelopes? And what's the purpose of stating mail pick up times if the mail is not going to go out on time? I was told by the call center that I needed to pay the $6 plus fee, pretty much to guarantee they're going to do their jobs! This is utter nonsense! And extremely disappointing! You would do better to get in your car (no matter how far) and drive to personally drop your envelopes off before relying on the US postal service! This entire system needs an overhaul!!!

Calling the local post office is near to impossible. I also know that number goes to that post office because they called me and I wanted to return the call but its been an hour now and no one has answered me.

horrible horrible horrible service , they don’t pick up the phone and don’t deliver packages. Why do i have to go pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered ??? Why would you mark that my package was delivered then put a sorry we missed you in my mailbox ?? that makes zero sense

Apparently my carrier doesn’t like their job. I had 2 different days back to where packages were to be delivered by USPS and both got diverted for issue with address or zip code. I went to the post office and Saturday with both tracking numbers and was told to speak the supervisor. She looked for both came back to the lobby almost 30 mins later and said she found it. I said I had 2. She said that I needed to step aside so she would wait on other customers and then she would go back and look for my other package. Another 30 mins passed and she said “I’m sorry there is just too many people back there for me to look. Let me take your phone number down and I’ll call you back after they leave.” I asked it was going to be today and she said “yes”. There was nothing wrong with the address on the package she found and I even pointed that out to the supervisor. She said she would talk with the carrier on Monday. It is 5:51pm on Saturday 4/19 NEVER heard from her. I knew she wasn’t going to call. Pretty sad when the supervisor doesn’t follow through how can you hold the rest of the staff accountable. By far the worst post office I’ve been to ever!!!
