I visited the postal office in person to figure out what was happening with my mail (I did not receive anything for 2 months). I talked with my mail carrier and she told me that I would receive everything by the next business day. I appreciate her honesty. Because of this, I decided to update my original 1 star review.

Super incompetent. Delivered a package that wasn’t ours and is refusing to pick it back up. We didn’t order this. Send it back. It’s too big to toss in the trash.

Some days it is extremely busy. Others quick in and out. They are short staffed a lot of days which makes for slow processing or customer. Staff is friendly.

They have no idea how to pick up and answer a phone. Not sure how this post office is functioning. This post office is a joke.

Horrible customer service, they take forever to answer the phone & they're terrible at keeping track of your packages. One of the worst post offices ever!!!!

James was the rudest and snobbiest clerk I have ever dealt with in my life. Polite but likes to tell you you are wrong in every way possible. Do something about this. Plus took me 2 hours to mail a bubble mailer…..

Did a change of address online 2 weeks before I moved to Oklahoma. My sister checked my mail in Clarksville for me a month after I moved, box was overflowing! Reported it, they said they corrected it. Had a friend go by yesterday, full again!!! This is ridiculous!!!! Worst post office in the city.

Now I understand the bad reviews, which I was 3rd in line n still took well over 20 min. Idk what's happened to usps in recent years, but my goodness, it just gets worse n worse.

Unfortunately, absolutely the worst postal service. We have tolerated many miss delivered packages. This month alone have had at least four of our packages lost or delivered to the wrong address, two of which were this week alone. One of which I still haven't received. One of the packages that was in Clarksville for delivery has now been redirected traveling through the network in Massachusetts and New York and who knows where else. If at all possible, please avoid ordering from places that only utilize the USPS if you live in the Clarksville, TN area.

*LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES BY EMPLOYEES!* This post office is so dysfunctional and they do NOT care. If you had made any charges, DISPUTE WITH BANKS like I have.
EDIT 12/3/24 @ 2:18PM: THESE DRIVERS PURPOSELY DELIEVERED IT TO AN APARTMENT THAT CLEARLY DID NOT BELONG THERE. (Found this out by a source/honest employee-- I live in a HOUSE**)
STOP USING PEOPLES' PACKAGES FOR YOURSELF AND FRIENDS. ALSO, PAY ATTENTION!!! DONT BOTHER CALLING, THEY TAKE UP FOR THEIR OWN KIND.

I went to pick up my mail today.
I explained that our apartment’s mailboxes have been down, he told me there is an 10 day hold and that I “probably don’t have anything, it would have returned to the sender” with an attitude. I am completely fine with it being returned because I understand I did not place a hold. I tried to explain that, and was interrupted by him asking what my address is. I provided him with the street, and when I started to say the zipcode and was going to say unit number, he interrupted me saying “okay” (he knew the zipcode and assumed there was no unit number). He goes back there for TEN minutes, comes back, rudely says: what’s your unit number? I say it NICELY, he says: you didn’t tell me that with even more of an attitude.
First of all, you interrupted me, second of all even if I wasn’t going to say it- I AM THE CUSTOMER, and you do not treat people with disrespect. He went back for about 5 more minutes.. lo and behold…. had a stack of mail. you sure seem to know everything!! hope you see this, and even if you don’t I will be calling the hotline to file another complaint :)
