Some years ago I wandered into one of the Verizon stores and met William Green, whom provided me with an excellence in service. He is now ABSOLUTELY my go to for anything I need from Verizon! ALWAYS consistent , kind and reliable!It has been refreshing to have someone with his magnitude of dedication professional presence!

My son purchased a phone about six months ago, and he asked for an insurance plan when they set up his contract with the company. When he left the store on the receipt/contract it actually shows that insurance is listed and included. He didn't change the agreement so he thought it would br honored. He made the payments on time, but then the other day he was locked out of his phone. he went back to the store, and was told they could not help him, and actually sent him to Best Buy for help getting into the android phone he bought at the madison store. He got into an accident, and besides being hurt the phone was damaged. He went back to the madison store today and was told THERE WAS NO INSURANCE and that he might as well throw the phone away. In fact the employee asked if my son wanted him to do it for him.. a phone he still has an 800.00 bill left to pay on. He came home and I took him back to the store to get answers with the receipt/contract in hand. We were met by a lady who instantly had an attitude, and had the damaged phone with her as if she knew it was wrong for it to have been thrown away. She said that regardless of what the receipt/ contract said said there was no active insurance on the phone, that it had been removed the same day my son purchased it even though there is nothing saying he asked for that to be done, or a reason why it was dropped. The receipt is attached to a contract, and i tried to show it to her and explain why we were confused and she repeatedly cut me off, telling me it was not a contract (it says contract at least five times just on the first page) as if we were wasting her time, then when i insisted on finishing a sentence she huffed and rolled her eyes and was childish about the whole thing. I asked if the insurance listed was just until he left the store, or if she could explain it to me and she said she didn't know, but it was not their fault and it had be my sons. My son is a mess, 800.00 is a lot of money for him and if he has a contract it should be honored. Im sure you expect him to honor his part? He never changed a thing about the contract or how or when he paid, the amount, not a single thing since the day he bought the phone. I have always been given a business card and treated warmly by the staff at every verison store so it was shocking when I asked the lady her name and she said "Kendra" and left it at that, without anything. I told her i didn't appreciate her cutting me off or dismissing my sun let alone the faces she was making, but she just said it didn't matters she could not help us. We have a family plan, with several lines a tablet watches, and an internet device. Can you just drop a customer's insurance? I pay a great deal every month and this sort of thing has me thinking I should switch if Im going to be treated this way should one of my devices fail. As for my son, he deserves a new phone. He has a contract, and if he did nothing to have it removed he should not be responsible. If he was not billed correctly, or if the people at the store didn't do their job setting up his service, I still wouldn't be rude, people make mistakes. As for that lady, I understand being frustrated but she is out nothing. taking things personally and acting childish is simply not what I have come to expect from those working for your company, and Im truly disappointed. After we left could hear her yelling inn the store, and watched her throwing a fit through the window complaining about how she didn't need to put up with "stupid customers" with other people in the store. I sat in my car and recorded the whole thing, and I am not letting this go. Your customers deserve better, period.

I am very pleased with the customer service I got here. Filed a claim on a broke phone, which they don't normally do, but considering my phone wasn't accessible, they filed it for me. I paid my Deductible, got my phone the next day. Took it to Asurion to have my data switch from old phone to new phone. Which was part of the package on my Deductible, as Verizon said. Asurion turned me away. I drove across the street and the young man switched my data for me and got my phone set up. I would def recommend this Verizon store for all ur needs ...

Knew I needed a new phone but put it off until yesterday when, on a whim, I stopped at the Verizon store on Madison Street. Chad greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. I explained I didn't want to spend a fortune but I needed a new phone. He showed me how I had offers through Verizon to get a significant trade in value for my old phone. I was very pleased with the product he suggested. But it gets better. Turns out they didn't have that model in the store. So he offered to go over to the mall on the Boulevard and get one for me! Who does things like that anymore lol. Talk about getting the red carpet treatment! I couldn't be more pleased and I recommend anyone needing a new phone or wanting to pick up Verizon service, stop in this Verizon store and definitely ask for Chad.

Chad was wonderful. He took the time to listen to me to find out what I needed then helped me find the PERFECT package and products. He did not waste my time or money! Because of my experience I can say that I'm a SATISFIED customer.

I thought Verizon home internet wouldn't work for me for some reason. I finally decided to give them a call yesterday on my lunch break. Kendra was not only very informative, but also very friendly and helpful. I work close by, so I stopped in and had all I needed to set up my new service.Everything was simple, quick, works great, and was more affordable than I imagined. So very happy with everything.

Kendra was so awesome! She was very polite and sweet! She explained everything so well and was so patient. I will be coming back when I am ready for my upgrade and to change phone plans and asking for her to help me out! Offered me a glass of water and everything! Thank you for everything!!!

Kendra was AMAZING!!! She was so patient with me while getting my new phone set up. Even after me telling her I wanted the wrong phone and still made all the necessary changes. I absolutely will be coming back and coming directly to her if I need anything going forward.
