Slow lines, rude staff, nobody picks up the phone AND after two visits on two separate days - they still do not have my perscriptions available.Would not recommend to family or friends.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. Worse ever. I've been a long time customer here for years until recently, I had enough. I changed pharmacies and promise you I will never step foot inside this store ever again. Pharmacy techs are so rude, no sense of urgency whatsoever. I call in my prescription, the next day go to pick it up and they act like they don't know where it is, maybe still on the truck they say? Like what? I got a message saying it was ready?? And that's after standing in line for over 30 mins, and you want me to come back? No! Then I got a prescription for 90 days but they tell me will only fill it for 30? Blaming it on the doctor? Um no.. my NEW pharmacy does fill it for 90 days, and guess what my NEW pharmacy the techs aren't rude, and do have a sense of urgency! If your someone new to the area do not use this pharmacy, I warned you.

I was a new customer and came through the drive thru. I patiently waited as the lane next to us continued to be assisted. I hit the call button to get assistant as I was sitting there with no one helping. The tech at the window literally yelled "WE'RE VERIFYING IT WAIT" and she never even asked what I was there for or who or anything. Wow. What a business

The pharmacy is awful. I've tried for the last time. My dr put in Rx order the morning before I tried to pick up. I get to the window and they tell me it's fine to get my Rx today but will take 15-20 minutes. I come back 30 minutes later and wait in driveup. I get to the window after 10 minutes and I'm then told they can't fill it until tomorrow. They were just too lazy to fill the one Rx that was sent in the morning before I attempted pickup. Never again. Done. I'll stick with my smaller mom and pop shop. I only went here again because my dr's ofc accidentally sent to Walgreens.

The lady at the Consultation DESK SO RUDE! Her tone to to the customer w/o an appointment was the same with me with an appointment. I have come here before and wife got her flu shot test and it went well. So together on two days a three star but if me alone I would have given them 1 star for pharmacy.Perhaps remaining once called will go better.So a couple of things. You are supposed to get an email to confirm your appointment or if someone did the appointment they get an email and you have to generate the email. A little confusing but I was expecting an email so while waiting I sort of figured it out. Once generated I got the questions needed. Unfortunately the system was not updated so I was going to have to do questions again. I think it was updating and told to sit back down. Right now appointment was for 10:10am and 10:26am now. Some of this if not all is on poor communication so I will admit my part of it. After the first encounter the lady was much nicer so I should note that as well.

Been in line for 45 mins now. They've moved 4 cars. The line inside looked way worse. Why would you let people sit there and wait on things to be filled instead of having them come back around? I may die here

If it wasn't for the fact that they are open 24 hours, I would go elsewhere RAPIDLY! On two occasions yesterday, my physician's office called for a prescription refill. On two occasions Walgreens said it would be ready today. The prescription is for pain relief.
I called at 3:30am this morning and the pharmacy said they had no record of the prescription. I called again at 7:36am this morning and was informed that it would be ready in one hour. Then, I got a phone call back from Walgreens stating that it would not be ready until tomorrow.
I understand the prescription is for a painkiller that contains a narcotic. I admitted to my physician that I had to "double up" on a couple of occasions because the dosage was not taking care of the pain.
What I do not understand is the lying and poor communication that nears incompetence on behalf of Walgreens.
I encourage anyone to go to another pharmacy.

Pro: 24/7 hours and tent to always have inventoryCon: Often understaffed, no personalized service, different pharmacist every time. As the nations largest pharmacy I have problems with how they do business unrelated to this particular location.

I appreciate them being open 24/7. They should however build a second one or make this store larger. Pharmacy staff is crammed in a tiny area. Also would be great if they had security at night for the staff.

This pharmacy never has any medicine available. No matter the medicine. And they have the slowest drive through pharmacy I have ever seen. Sit for 35 minutes and only had 2 vehicles in front of me.

ALL these guys are Walgreens on Madison Street Clarksville Tennessee are the best !! Especially the pharmacist at night , the reason I say that he is there by himself mostly and he handles it with the best professionalism and has always treated everyone as if they are the only one in there. I would recommend this pharmacy day or night to everyone

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. The drive- thru is a 30 min wait no matter what time it is. The inside is no better. They cannot seem to get all prescriptions filled at the same time , even after calling and asking inside. The lost my prescription once and I had to come back the next day. They need to get it together for such a busy location. Waisting peoples time should not be the norm...
