The pharmacy is hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and other times depending on who is there, I don’t have total confidence on whether they mixed the meds correctly or not or that they know what they are doing. I was once handed a bag with medicine that they forgot to mix the liquid in but fortunately the pharmacist caught it before I left. What would have happened if I gave it to my child as is? Also, many times at the pharmacy register they do not give customers the coupons that come out with the receipt and just keep them. That’s not okay and why even ask me to type in my rewards number if you are not going to give me my coupons? I don’t usually have an issue at the cashier at the front
of the store, just at the pharmacy.

I'm extremely upset and there needs to be a review of their pharmacy procedures. I would bet there are standard operating procedures in place but not being followed. If it happened to me, I'm sure it happens to others. Shame on you Walgreens for being so incompetent. For anyone reading this, make sure you voice your concerns or they'll never be held accountable and fix their problems.

Everytime I have to schedule something at this Walgreens they are never true to appointment time. It is frustrating when you have back to back appointments but you’re not seen until 40 minutes to an hour after your scheduled appointment time. I don’t understand why they only do appointments and not walk ins if it’s going to be this late.

The pharmacy decides to randomly close due to being "sorry staffed". Yet, this has been a recurring theme for a long time. Pharmacy is trash. Go to a different Walgreens in town. Literally any other pharmacy is better.

Thank you Walgreens for having everything I need and making prices so low with coupons and discounts. My total was $43 to begin with and coupons and Walgreens savings dropped it to half price and my walreens money saved me 3 more dollars so I only paid like 15 in the end. I hot 3 bags of laundry soap and two of the scent booster beads and some allergy meds and congestion meds for my daughter as well as some tweezers too.

Ridiculous. My boyfriend has tenncare and has been trying and trying to get his prescription for well over a week!! It’s Suboxon and it’s supposed to help with addiction. So far they have needed a new PA EVERY SINGLE DAY! The doctors submit the PA and then we have to wait 24 or more hours for it to go through however they keep putting it back DAILY which resets the request for the PA. He has been on this medication for a while now and suddenly DAILY it’s getting put back and since it’s a controlled substance it gets put back daily because they keep asking for a PA and than they have to put it back, when they put itBack it resets the PA, PATakes 24 hours or more, so would you guess…they put it back. So we have legit been going in circles with this with no end in sight! He has tenncare and they cover the med and yet I’m still paying for a single dose every day out of pocket. They tell me hold on to receipts because they can cover back 7 days but every day they keep having to put it back which resets it daily!!! We can’t get it done because by the time the PA goes through they have to reset it again! What’s the deal!!! This is ridiculous! What’s the point in asking for a PA that takes 24 hours or more to get if they just keep putting it back! They don’t even give it a chance toGo through and when it does they just reset it. Do better! This is ridiculous!

Store is nice has a lot of what folks need but the checkout process takes literally forever!! Don't stop by on your lunch break it will take the whole half hour just to wait in line and check out!! Insanity!!

The pharmacy is a disaster… 30 minutes in the pickup line, then told we have to circle back around because they have a “big stack to look through.” Wait another 20 minutes… Rude people to top it off. Wow…

Worst pharmacy ever. I will never use this pharmacy again. Drive-through closed line at at least 10 people in line hours of waiting for a medication that was not even ready. Tried to call ahead of time to verify to see when to pick up the medication with no answer.

Waiting on hold for 40 minutes only for me to get hung up on, have to go in to even get my prescription filled. They cancelled my original prescription. Just unprofessional. Need more staff. Will be contacting BBB
