This is a location that discriminates and make up their own rules according to the customer's race. Chime allows 2 transactions in a 24 hour period in total amount of up to $1,000. The manager at this location on 4/4/2025 " Joshua" stated that only one transaction can be made on chime in a 24 hour period. There is no paperwork to verify this but he's sure he can find some is what he stated. I have made several transactions totaling $1,000 at this location on different days to know that this is incorrect and discrimination. You can not make up the rules when you work for a company and expect everyone to be ignorant to your lies. I will seek to contact corporate in this matter so that the rules that stand are across the board at all locations and rules can't just be made up according to one's dislike and hatred for the opposite race. You do NOT own Walgreens, you only work there so do your Job without your personal life and beliefs setting the tone for legal matters.

This store is getting worse all the time,
Rude employees, filling up lanes with those carts and get mad if you say excuse me because ya know other people who actually do their own shopping just might need to get in that spot! Vendors taking over whole chip isle couldn't even get into it,
So many items locked behind a key then when you ask someone for help to get said item they either say oh not my area or oh I will find someone with a key leaving you standing their like and idiot.
Im just done with this wal mart I will glady go to publix or kroger or food lion all right next to this sorry store.

Today March 16,2025 at 10:39am I go to the pharmacy to a consultation for a medication over the counter for my daugther. I go to the consultation line 4 people working include the pharmacist by the way he is talking on the phone . Everybody look at me nobody said nothing to me talk or tell me if I need something. I’m standing there for 10 minutes and nothing . Worst and horrible service. No empathy and no good manners. We talking about people to care other people. I’m so mad and mortified. Don’t ever spent your money there. Also the counter is so dirty and too much dust I can got sick for all this mess in that counter. I go to Publix or Walmart both got excellent service and great customer service. I give them 1 star because I can’t post this if I don’t give them a star but they don’t deserve any stars,

This is the slowest pharmacy in Clarksville. Prescriptions take days to fill, maybe they’ll notify you and maybe they won’t. Don’t expect quick service at the pharmacy either inside or through the drive through line. On average you can expect to wait 10-15 minutes per person in line just to pick up medications that are supposedly ready for pickup. They also will not bother to call you if any of your medications are not in stock. Not their problem I guess.

0 stars. This has to be the worst pharmacy I ever done business at. So poorly managed, rude employees, told one thing by one employee on the phone and told something else when I go to pickup my prescription, have sat in drive thru for over 45 minutes to pick up, numerous complaints every time I go, very similar to other customer reviews. Why would you have two lanes for pickup and one person dealing with the customers? I’m done with Walgreens and will definitely let others know if my experiences.

Absolutely terrible, I seriously advise you if you have medications you'll need on a schedule, for behaviour or life saving medication do not go here. My child has gone 3 days without his medication. His doctor sent the prescription 2 days in advance and I don't think they even ordered it. Then I called and they said it would be ready in an hour and they didn't have it, they said it would be ready the next day after 3:30 and they still didn't have it. I just checked again online and they still don't have it. You'll wait in line behind people waiting the entire time their script is filled in the drive through and essentially have to harass them for your medication. You won't be able to call either, I waited 30 minutes on hold at 7:30 in the morning with only one caller ahead of me just for them to tell me they'd fill the prescription in an hour and they didn't even have it and that was one of the very few times they even bothered to answer their phone. We can't even get my sons meds the day they run out so he can take his morning pills the following day so we have had to go at ridiculous hours to ensure we get it and they have never once filled the prescription without us showing up to ask if it's ready yet so we ALWAYS have to go tell them to fill the prescription they recievef electronically and then come back and sometimes its still not done! Please for your safety don't go here, my whole family is struggling because my son doesn't have his meds and hasn't for days.

I cannot recommend you get a passport picture made here. I paid $18 for a passport picture that was declined on my passport application.

I am back after 40 some years . 2 months moving back this Walgreens pharmacy different pharmacists today has screwed up royally !! Called complaint line 3 times because of trying today Now I can’t leave on business trip tomorrow without right meds . They should pay for 2 more nights where I am or deliver and drive me to Nashville on Friday

This store needs more pharmacists. During the day, there is usually long lines inside and in the drive-thru, so I come late at night. Late at night has its own problem. 1 pharmacist that is managing the drive-thru plus inside.

If I could give 0 ratings I would! This 24 hour Walgreens never has the necessary medication! This was it for me….I came to pick up an oxycodone prescription for my daughter that had her tonsils removed on Thursday and only had 4 left. We got a notice that the prescription had been filled. I came on Saturday to get the remaining pills only to be told that the pharmacy had run out and they were back ordered until Monday! I could not believe it. No one thought to even call us to let us know. My daughter was in so much pain! They supposedly could not call other Walgreen locations to see if they had the medication due to federal law. They told me that I needed to start calling around! I told them even if I found another location, I would not have the script to fill it and it is Saturday so I am not able to get a hold of the doctor in a timely manner. I cannot believe that Walgreens, one of the biggest pharmacy chains in America, cannot keep a very common narcotic along with other common medications in stock at a 24/7 location! Very unacceptable and massive changes are necessary to the operations of this location! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS WALGREEN’S LOCATION!

Call to get my script my drs sent in on Tuesday. They said they were out and would have more Monday. (I just had enough to make it till Monday) call back on Monday evening and they said they didn’t have it in and it would be Thursday. I explain to them it’s a medication I can’t go without. Which the pharmacist would already know this. Didn’t care. Said they can’t transfer the medication to another pharmacy that my dr would have to call it in to another pharmacy. Which the office is closed. Walgreens I hate going there. I’ve switched all my medication to elsewhere except this one because it very expensive and Walgreens is the cheapest.

Charged me for a prescription and said insurance wouldn't cover it. Next time I go, they say they don't even have my insurance and they didn't want to fill without it in case I didn't show up because it would be a waste of their time. So they overcharged me because they just didn't save my insurance information from the time before and then just decided when they are willing to fill my other prescriptions. Ok. I'm gonna see what other pharmacies my insurance will cover and move to them. This place is nothing but lazy thieves.

If you use this Pharmacy I suggest you switch. They never answer their phones!!!! On the phone for almost 2 hours and then they hung up. It's never a pleasant experience.
