One star is to high. I called and spoke to the manager Chris about a damaged item. I say spoke...really it was a lecture, in a raised tone, about how not to have a raised tone (which I didn't have) and how to be respectful (when he wouldn't let me speak). Not sure if he was just having a horrible day or what...but customers are not an appropriate outlet. Use caution yall.

The pharmacy associates and pharmacists are always very friendly, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to help you. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

When everything is working well, the Walmart Neighborhood Market and deli at 408 Tiny Town Road in Clarksville. TN, are great -- but when something goes wrong, you may as well call on The Spirit for help as ask to speak to a "real" manager. {Actually, it might be just as productive to simply turn to the spirits in the first place.}

This store is closer to me than either of the full size stores on Wilma or Ft Campbell Blvd and it definitely doesnt attract the same odd crowd found in the latter stores. The selection is good enough for a full size store without the crowded feeling. However, I wish the selection would be a little larger in terms of produce as well as product being labeled easier for customers to determine the price of items wanting to be purchased. Also, get some dang Amish macaroni salad!!'

This flu season has turned out to be the worst ever, especially adding the Covid-19 pandemic now! But, I did want to give a shout out to the pharmacy at this Neighborhood Walmart. I've been able to get my family's prescriptions filled here. They even grabbed some OTC meds that we needed in order to avoid going inside the store. Now that is great service! Especially nowadays, we all need to limit our exposure to avoid catching or spreading germs whether it's the flu, coronavirus, or common cold (or worse)! This review has been in my drafts for a while, but I have since picked up another order of prescriptions. I really like getting the text notifications when Rx are filled and ready to get picked up. My rating stands.

Came today to replenish essentials for my family. Every employee I interacted with was helpful, pleasant and courteous despite the hard times and scary health crisis we are facing. I commend you all for what you are doing during this time and hope that everyone stays well!

This place isn't that bad. My only issue with it is the front end in the mornings (sometimes all the way till 12 smh) Where are all the employees at? I feel bad for the CSM(s), employee's that has to work there in the mornings by theirselves. But that's the higher managements fault. She sound like a money hungry, selfish being because she doesn't want to hire anymore register help (OMG I need my bonus high ). But oh well, hopefully they realize customers notice and will start to take action with bad reviews.

Don't go after dark. There are some very unprofessional employees here. One male who wears fake boobs and goes into women's restrooms. Casey is the name. SMH

Been going to this location regularly, for a couple years now. I go on weekday mornings & mostly everyone I come across is friendly, or at least polite. The weekday mornings are great because the shelves are getting stocked and pretty much all items are available. The people who stock the shelves are nice and move out of your way if they see you need to get by. I've used the pharmacy here for the past couple years as well and they always are great, too.

I went here tonight around 9pm. I give 5 stars but only because the cashier named Robair was the first person to really smile and he is genuinely kind and courteous. I go here a lot. Nobody besides Robair looks approachable or friendly. I was actually shocked. They should hire more people like him.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait a long time for any of my prescriptions. The best pharmacy near me!

This Walmart is convenient and small so it's not that packed. But most of the employees who work front counter are complete airheads. Super stupid and super damn slow checking out people. Customer service is key and fast customer service is important. But these people in the damn front are just flat out lazy. The people working in back and stocking are pretty good, but again when u are leaving it's the people on the way out who leave an impression. Only go here when I desperately need something. The people here suckkkkkkkkkk

What's going on at this place? Has the manager checked out or something? I've went here many times, but the last time was the worst experience I've ever had at a grocery store. I bought around five items and went through the self-checkout as I've done many times before at this location without an issue. This time was completely different. I go to the self-checkout and notice the female employee running it is having a gossip session with two other people (one that didn't look like she even worked there). I get all my items out of my cart and try to scan, then she says "oh that one's not working." I smile and say "now you tell me" and she gives me a death stare as if I had the nerve to say anything that criticized her. Very hostile. So I pack my stuff back in my cart and go to the other station. I check everything out while this woman is continuing to gossip with her friends like she's not even at work. I leave and she's still gossiping with her buddies. Very unprofessional. To the manager, why are you creating an atmosphere where the employees think they can do whatever they want and not even act like they're at work? Very strange.

DOES NOT close at 12a.m. They close at 1040 apparently. Asked an associate if the store hours changed and was met with a shoulder shrug.
