“I've rented a trailer from here on two different occasions. The couple who manage the place were a pleasure to work with! Plus, both times they attached the trailer correctly and check for mistakes before they sent me off. For all other U-Haul places, I've had to go behind them and fix dragging chains and unsecured wires. I'd recommend them to anyone!”

“I had a great experience at Enterprise Truck Rental. The new site manager, although I don’t recall his name, was extremely attentive and professional throughout the entire process.
He took the time to work with me directly and demonstrated strong knowledge of the available vehicles, which made everything smooth and efficient. As a member of the military, I especially appreciated that he ensured all documentation was accurate and properly handled.
Overall, excellent customer service. I will definitely be renting from this Clarksville location again for both military and personal use.”
“(Unnamed hero) By FAR the most customer oriented and friendly service I have received over the phone in a very long time. Didn’t have what we needed at his location but made a personal phone call and got us exactly what we needed. Literally saved us hundreds of dollars vs dealing with a competitor. Would gladly do business with this place again.”
“I originally made a reservation for a one-way rental from this location through the website and the quote I was provided was around $150. I got there to pick up the rental and the lady who is the manager there changed my reservation to an in-town rental. She had already taken close to 45 minutes to get the reservation completed and I didn't have the time to argue with her about it so I just let it go. Instead of it costing me $150, it ended up costing me $227.89, but again, I didn't have the time or energy to argue about it. I got an email for a survey and submitted the survey and simply said that because of this service, I would not recommend this location to a friend (a price increase of over 150% of what I'd originally been told it would cost is a good reason, right??). The manager just called me and wanted to know why I wouldn't recommend her UHaul services. I first told her I wasn't comfortable talking with her about it but she kept pushing. I told her the above information and she wanted to argue with me about it! I told her again that she could have her manager reach out to me to discuss it because I wasn't comfortable talking to her about it and she got argumentative! She told me she was the manager and she wanted to know why. She insisted a one-way trip would have cost me more and I told her again that the reservation quoted me around $150. She has been extremely nice but now I feel like I'm being harassed because I gave an honest review of this location.”
“The woman that work here are very friendly. I would highly suggest this location if you want to deal with a friendly environment. The rental process is very fast and easy.”

Benjamin goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and taken care of. “Rented the 26’ truck and had a great experience from start to finish. Pickup and drop-off were fast and hassle-free, and staff at both locations were friendly and professional. The truck was impressively clean, ran smoothly, and got surprisingly good gas mileage for its size, plus it only needed regular 87. Pricing was a fraction of what competitors quoted for a 100-mile local move. Will absolutely use U-Haul again for future moves.”
“This is the best location hands down . I spoke with corey because I had trouble checking in for my uhaul. And i was rushing due to family emergency. He helped me and went above and beyond . You dont get great customer service now a days. Corey was a great exception and treated me with care like family. Thank you uhaul and corey for making my experience with uhaul great . I will return and recommend . Please give corey a raise !!! He deserves it.”
“Just be clear and make sure that your customers know if you bring something back after hours you need to check it in with the app. I wasn't told and was charged an extra $20 for a service charge. But I called where I rented from talked to them letting them know I wasn't informed about that and they are gonna refund that extra charge. Great customer service”
