“This was our first time visiting the Kohl’s in Clarksville. The store was clean and product was plentiful and easy to find. My husband and I found 4 items each. I did not bring my Kohl’s card with me but the service member, Lisa helped us with putting our purchases on account as well as redeeming various rewards and discounts. I think all retail stores should train associates to give the kind of service that we received from Lisa today. She is a true asset! I will shop this Kohls again…thank you Lisa!”

She helped me find the last hoodie in-stock and i couldnt be more grateful about it!! there was a difficulty in the computer system, so they had to shut the store down, but generously offered to hold me and my best friend's items until they were back and running. Kat retrieved the items and the checkout proccess was so smooth and not that awkward quiet shuffling. So kind and so patient 10/10 for both!!!”

“I love this place. The owner is very sweet and so are her employees who are working when she is not there. The prices are very reasonable and has an easy return policy. You can also find them on Facebook where they have live shows where you can see and order during the live. Definitely my go to place always. Sizes range from small to XXL this is just some of the many things they have to offer I'll add more photos☺️”

The only downside is the wait in line, there needs to be an additional checkout into the mall entrance for those who are shopping in Ross Dress for less, but wanting to also shop other stores in the mall, would help with the long lines also.”

She actually remembered me from the Hopkinsville store and I was surprised considering the amount of customers she sees. The whole staff is very friendly and eager to help get you the best deals.”

“I have bought and sold items at this location and have no complaints about the service or merchandise. I drive almost an hour to get to the store and just wish their hours were listed correctly online so customers don’t have to wait idle in the parking lot due to incorrect information. I attempted to correct the store hours myself on Google but the edit was not accepted, surely the store owner/manager could have an employee keep their store hours current online, if not do it themself.”
