The office staff is professional and answered all my concerns. If you don't have renter's insurance you will be charged extra. They do have different size units to rent.

This place will rob you blind. I was a day late of turning my key in and they charged me a full month of rent and my deposit bc I couldn’t find my key, bc I was moving. Found the key and still wasn’t able to turn it in and they took another $25 from me. So now I’m out of $70 . If you do decide to use them don’t do auto pay.

Jennifer is really great. Other staff are very good too. I like they have better security and it does mean you can't come in 24 hours a day but I would rather have a safe place to store! Convenient location!
