Took my car into get minor fixes done and left with more damage then I had when I took it in. They lied and said they told us not to take it through the car wash and blamed that entirely on the new damage. Awful experience. Highly recommend to stay away!

Great services and great people to work with they take care of you and make your stress of vehicle repair go away after they talk you through everything and once you get your vehicle back it will be better than new. Please give them a shot I promise you will love the work. We only use them in our time of needing repairs. Best if the best!!!!
Our third time using them over the years. Love the fast pass work they do.
Update: had our car fixed a third time after lady side swiped us in Chattanooga. This place is the best in Bradley County for sure fast and does not play games like other shops having you wait months and charge you for it because they are slow.

The folks at Classic Collision are lovely people. Not only did they keep me apprised of all work, including delays or additional requests sent to my insurance company, but they were super patient with me explaining the associated costs and what I was responsible for. Should I need any repair work in the future, they will be my first choice.

Very disappointed with the turn around time on my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off on July 30th. It was initially scheduled to be done August 20th. It is now September 15th, and I have not gotten my car back. While I understand that new damage can be uncovered, I have received around 5 extensions on my vehicle service due to new things coming up.
I reached out last week for an update, and was told I would receive a call. I was told I would receive a call around 3pm on Friday, which I did not.
I will update my review when I get my vehicle back, hopefully with a positive review, but for now I'm severely disappointed.
