I am a senior who is not the most electronic savy person. I came to the store and a young man named Brandon answered my questions, assisted me and made me feel better about cell phones. He is an asset to your company.

Brandon was absolutely incredible! We just so happen to have the same last name!!! He was very helpful in assisting me in various services including my iphone 12 that randomly stopped working… great kid 10/10 would come back !!!

Went by the store to get help with a phone that I purchased and was greeted by Brandon. He answered all of my questions and got my phone working like a champ! Will definitely go back to this store for any future needs.

I am so thankful this store is here! I went there with several issues and the rep Brandon went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of before I left! This store has the most courteous and polite employees that make it 10000% worth while doing business with AT&T!

Had problems with this phone ever since I got it and they want to make me restock the fees to pay for their defective phone
The guy Brandon acts like it’s my fault that the phone is defective
Seems he didn’t want to bother either helping me and I’m a new customer
Suggestions from me will take the phone back and keep it.
What else can you do?
I ask about another phone which would be an android and ask him does the phone have certain features
All I got was he’s an apple person lol not an android person
So he don’t know. So I said not sure or don’t know which is it? Wow! He works there and don’t know? He appeared to lazy to want to help a customer and just wanted to sit back and be lazy behind the desk
Well thank you for being pleasant lol
I will look for a better company and give them the phone back and they can keep the number too that I transferred over I just wanted a phone that worked well
This one doesn’t hold a charge with the battery nope I don’t recommend this place

Brandon was the representative that helped me. He went above and beyond, and I was able to leave with a fixed phone. All I needed was a new SIM card, and he installed it for me. He was incredibly patient when I had to use the store phone to call my mother since my phone didn't work. 10/10 recommend, thank you!

Not the branch, but at&t as a whole has the worst customer service reps I have ever seen. 2 months of dealing with my loyality status being bumped off my account. I will be going to Verizon.
