Sunday me and my husband went in just to get a new case and screen cover. However, we wanted to add it to the bill. We waited for 30 minutes for help. When a rep. came over he was nice but advised that they could not gain access to the account without a drivers license. In the process of finding a picture of the ID that they needed, the rep. choose to move on to another customer that had came in. I advised that I have the information. He ignored, moved on. We ended up leaving. Have better customer service skills or try a different job. He could have at least came over, tried to access the account with the information that I provided. He didn't. Never will return to this store.

They were great to work with in the moment. But they had a promotion going on last september for the new Iphone 16 that the WHOLE store verified. I worked with every agent there because it was so busy. We were told our two trade in phones qualified for the $1000 off in credits on each phone due to the good condition, traded in, got our phone waited the bill cycles and now are being told they got the promotion wrong and it was ONLY on the Iphone 15 after the worked with us for over month to get our new phones and :"locked us in" to ensure we kept the same promtion after the day ended since we had to order one of the phones.... this is ridiculous and they cannot even assist us. We have been so loyal to AT&T and they usually always fix any issues but this is so shady and dishonest

Don’t go to AT&T, I’m serious. Go to Verizon or even Cricket. After waiting over an hour to get seen I still got charged $35 activation fee. I was given a list of numbers to pick and still was given a different one.

Went in to order the iPhone 16 pro and switch from T-Mobile was dealing with a lady named Theresa she was fast but did not explain anything to me. Would not tell me the trade in value of my iPhone or my plan details said they would sort it out when I got the new phone. Went back in when I got the new phone and got a man named DJ and he was very helpful and assisted with the trade in of the phone and told me my plan details and how much it was.

AVOID THIS STORE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! My daughter been given inaccurate information TWICE at this location. We are trying to move her phone number to her ATT account and off my account. Last month I went to my local store and was told it is a simple process since she is an authorized user and has the security code for the account. On her next day off she went in and was told it "couldn't" be done at store level. She was given a phone number and tried the number. The customer service number said it has to be done at store level. Yesterday I went back to my local store, and they were baffled by why it wasn't done. I told them what happened, and they gave more detailed instructions and made sure the notes were flagged on the account. Today my daughter went in AGAIN. AGAIN, after waiting she was AGAIN told that in Tennessee it can't be done in store, and she has to call. So she went home and AGAIN called the number given to her by the staff at this store to AGAIN be told that it has to be done in the store. After working on this for hours, she called me frustrated, I then promptly call my local store and spoke to George. He suggested that we call ahead and chat with a manager to make sure they know what is needed and understand how to do it. I called this location, spoke to Nicholas the "manager" that assured me that he could help. My daughter was out but immediately returned to the store. When she asked to speak to Nicholas, she was told that they would let him know. The man that "helped" her went to the back and then went on to the next customer. He then came to tell her that Nicholas wasn't available, and he would pass my number so Nicholas could "call". After waiting another 20 minutes of waiting for the staff to take her name and number - she left. I live in California, and I am used to getting less than stellar customer service. ATT usually outperforms in the customer service area, so I am a bit shocked at how poorly she was treated. I gave Nicholas the benefit of the doubt and called him to tell him how poorly my daughter was treated. He was less than helpful. He definitely was not concerned about how poorly she was treated. He definitely didn't care that HIS staff failed to provide accurate information and wasted several hours of my daughter's time. I know that this isn't how ATT trains their staff and hope that they find a new store manager that has the ability to properly lead the staff.
