Best bank around never had a problem they didn't fix. Not sure what all the bad reviews are about one guy posted the same reviews two different months , if you're expecting them to serve you tea and cookies everytime you go in might want to bank somewhere else just saying!

I moved here about 5 months ago, and I've been to the ATM at the Keith St. Truist at least 10 or more times, but every time except for 2 times, the ATM has been out of order! Talk about wasted gas and time! Maybe they should just not have one!

Today we came to open an account Mr Paolo Monico helped us very politely and respectfully he was so nice and helped us understand every steps very clearly we had a great day.
