Cato Fashions is a store where the staff is incredibly happy, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Employees are amazing and professional, working hard to please customers even in difficult situations. The store itself is clean and organized. Shoppers often find lots of things and can feel like a boss in their new selections with the staff's supportive assistance. While occasional inventory issues can occur, the overall experience leaves customers with a positive opinion of the store, leading many to recommend it.
Went in as first time shopper at Catos the Cleveland tn store and met Kat this young lady was friendly knowledgeable and a 1st class act a very nice .helpful and courteous will return to this store because of her thank you Kat you deserve a raise

I love this place! I call it my happy place. Although I do miss Wendy, the store manager! She was great at helping me find the matching accessories and things.

Wendy was of great help for information on how to size a bra myself & gave good advice. Though I would recommend training Cato associates in bra measurements.
