There are climate controlled units of various sizes at this location that are located inside of the building. All other units are behind a passcode protected fence also located at this location. The building is secured by a passcode as well as surveillance 24/7. This is a very important requirement in my opinion. The property is always clean. It's usually quick and simple to get into my unit whenever I need to. It's in a quiet area and not somewhere people seem to sit around or bother in onw way 9r another so I feel more comfortable and confident that my items are secure here rather than other high trafficked locations.

I had to downsize for a few months leading up to my wedding. This place was perfect. In my experience I found them to be affordable, responsive via email, and easy to set up/close when you make the room again. I opted for the smallest size and I fit a king & queen (including frames), some furniture, and quite a few boxes. Again, they’re very easy to work with and there are no hidden fees or surprise costs.Hope this helps you!

Needed to cancel one of our units that we ended up not needing after having purchased it. Michael was incredibly kind and helpful with solving our issue. Will continue renting from him and recommend this storage facility to others!

Rented a property from Michael for 6 years, loved the house and area, never had any issues dealing with Chandler properties, when ever there was an issue with the house ie the Hvac , Michael would quickly have it resolved for us.He worked with us in terms allowing us to make the rental property into our home for 6 years.Would recommend the company for anyone looking to rent a property.

Chandler Properties takes advantage that even if you vacate prior to end of the month, they will still charge you until they do a walk through, even if that IS DAYS later! It is barely climate controlled. Only time anyone would speak to you if is you had money, whether it was due or not. Horrible business practices.
