Circle K is a convenient store with friendly and helpful staff, making the customer experience positive most of the time. The store’s cleanliness and the caring attitude of employees, especially managers and assistants, are highly appreciated. Staff members are professional and go above and beyond to treat customers well, which adds to the store’s welcoming atmosphere. However, some aspects could be improved. The prices have gotten a bit higher, and accessibility for handicapped individuals is a concern. The ramp and heavy doors make it difficult for wheelchair users to enter comfortably, and the small aisles are not suitable for wheelchair navigation. Additionally, the absence of a bathroom and missing hand soap in the restroom are drawbacks. Some small issues like the placement of hand dryers and problems with the coffee loyalty system were noted. Overall, despite a few inconveniences, Circle K is seen as a place with good staff, a clean environment, and a positive vibe, with many customers willing to return.
The only problem we had was a skinny tall grunting man bothering everyone for money,then he got real mad because we didnt have cash.Other than that was great service.

Nice Circle K. Clean store well stocked. I wish there were more Circle K stores in E. Tennessee.
