I would give them a ZERO stars or negative stars if I could. I don’t know if it was the main lady who owns this CITGO or just an employee that’s there a lot but TERRIBLE customer service. Do yourself a favor and don’t go somewhere or support a business that mistreats people

Been here a few times. Always pay at the pump and it asks me if I want a receipt - then says the clerk has my receipt when I hit yes. This is incredibly aggravating, if I wanted to go inside I wouldn't have paid at the pump. Always a little higher than other nearby gas stations as well.
