My experience was great even before I got to the dealership. I was looking for a specific Bronco online and as soon as I showed interest in one they called me and helped me schedule an appointment for a test drive. I was not even sure I was going to buy it, but their help and thoroughness convinced me. And I love my new truck.

This was the 4th vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership and I was treated very well. This purchase was a used vehicle which they made sure was 100% up to par before its sell. Any problem or concern I had was addressed swiftly. I found the sales team outstanding and the service Department swift and friendly. We had to a last minute recall repair before I left from signing paperwork and they did a outstanding Job! I can not speak highly enough about this dealership. Sales, Business office, and Service department all three were a pleasure to work with. I am not a easy customer to deal with, so my praise, speaks volumes.

My experience buying a new vehicle at Cleveland Ford was the best I’ve ever had out of dozens of car buying experiences. The primary reason for the great experience was my sales representative, Callie Wick, who has the highest level of competency and professionalism I’ve experienced. Callie was very knowledgeable about my F150 and the buying experience was super smooth. I was able to buy the vehicle from 200 miles away, handled the paperwork virtually and picked the vehicle up the next day. The vehicle pick up literally took 5 minutes. The coordination of all aspects of the sale was superb. I will certainly be buying my next vehicle from Cleveland Ford!

Callie worked with me and on my behalf with Ford. While the post purchase process was frustrating, I believe they put alot of effort into trying to make it right (and eventually cut a check for the price protection incentive that was due). As mentioned the purchase process was smooth, and low pressure. With Cleveland Ford making right on the price protection- I'm extremely happy about the Maverick Truck purchase. Love the truck, and was happy that Cleveland Ford continued working to get my post purchase issues eventually resolved.

My experience with this dealership was that I had found a used f150 that they had bought from a car sale. The window price was around 42k but "they could do better"...by the time I got an otd price it was right at 50k. Apparently they have some kind of "safety package" they throw on that adds an additional 2k. Anytime I see that I just assume there's plenty of other dishonest things going on. A few months later I basically bought the same truck with about 50k less miles (and 4wd) from marshal mize for about 7k less. Don't waste your time.

I found the vehicle I wanted online and Adam reached out via email to confirm the vehicles availability and sent me a video of it inside and out. When we decided we wanted to see it Adam made sure it was waiting on us to arrive for a test drive. Loved the SUV immediately and went in and talked numbers. Cleveland ford worked with me and got me where I wanted & gave me a good price for my trade. Adam was professional & informative and definitely did not have a “pushy sales man” attitude. After looking and going to so many dealerships I’m glad we ended up doing business with Cleveland Ford. :)

I didn't end up making my purchase at Cleveland Ford, but I still wanted to leave them a review.Our salesman( Dominic Thomas)was quick to greet us, and wasn't pushy like some at other dealers have been. He showed us around and pointed out features on the vehicle we were looking at. Very professional. He followed up with me and tried to see if they had anything else to fit my needs in a vehicle.Also, the manager I dealt with (Todd Olinger) was very nice and professional as well. He listened to some of my concerns and came back with a fair offer on my trade-in and price on their vehicle. Again, not pushy. I never had to feel like they were forcing me into a car. Him and his salesman stayed after hours to assist us.I will definitely check with them for any future purchases I make.

I found the car I wanted online. I drove in and Ashley met me in the parking lot, she knew immediately what car I was talking about. We went for a test drive, I said I want it, let’s talk numbers. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I have bought my last 3 vehicles from Cleveland Ford. As does my son and his wife, my niece and stepdad. If you find a dealership that treats you right why leave?

JD, did such a wonderful job with showing me the different options in my vehicle of choice. He was very patient, and knowledgeable. Callie, in finance, explained in detail all my financial choices. Abdul, got all the paper work done in a short amount of time and made it fairly easy. I would say my whole experience with them was simple and easy, I would recommend them. I was nervous, but they all made me feel at ease, and answered all of my questions and assured me that I could come by anytime if I had an issue. They were all very sweet.
