Great experience renting storage space from Cleveland Storage Center. Always very responsive and very easy to work with. Will use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

Nice new facility. We rented a space in the climate-controlled facility while waiting to close on a new home. Move-in, billing, and access were easy. Good communication, market-appropriate pricing, and insurance available. The move-out process was also seamless. Both moves in and out were nearly instantaneous. We still have another unit at another location that we are moving things out of. Moving is a pain, but good facilities with convenient locations around Cleveland make it easier.

Cleveland Storage Center has been the most pleasant experience. They go above and beyond. I would 150% recommend using them. Not only do they go above and beyond for their clients, but the facility is always very clean and in the years I've used them never had a problem with pest of any kind. Thank you Cleveland Storage for making my storage experience so fantastic.

From the first call to check availability, the Cleveland Storage team has been amazing. They helped me determine which size of storage unit I needed and gave advice on logistics. The units were incredibly clean, the monthly payment process was easy and the move-out was simple. The owners are kind and friendly people. Highly recommend!!
