The make it impossible to get a virtual care visit. They don't call you. You have to be watching your text messages like a hawk. You miss the appointment (they give you a 6 minute window to click a link) you have to just go through the lengthy sign in process again. Same at their in-person locations. Unacceptable!

Usually the cashiers are very nice however not tonight ....not only was I followed around the store the whole time she was also very rude with attitude.... I spend a lot at Cvs between taking care of 2 very sick family members and myself...

This place is not even had an AED or defibrillator. I hope no one needs CPR because it would be a shame to lose a life because your not prepared.
