You can't beat the prices. They are very thorogh in their work. They do a good job! They DO NOT like you to be late, won't do surgery on ferals, & they are nice, but I think they are more about business [getting the animals checked in & people out] than customer service.. They're sort of short weather its in person or on the phone to be honest, but not really in a negative way. It just made me feel weird because I'm a big people person. Also, I've used their services twice now & so far everything has been ?! The only other thing is that the establishment is a little musty in there. It's kind of stinky, but I can imagine why just fine after seeing cats stacked in carriers everywhere. It's kind of a small place, but they spay/neuter masses of cats. It's not dirty in there, just musty. I'll still give them my 4.6 stars both times, NP! ?

I have fostered for them kittens dropped off and pick up they are great to work with they help the community by low cost spay and neuter and flea meds for animals very caring group

I am deeply disappointed with the care provided here. After my friend's beloved kitty was spayed, she went missing. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, they have not returned calls or offered any assistance in locating the lost cat. They have shown no effort to help find this cherished family member. This lack of support and empathy is unacceptable!

I usually don’t complain, I’ve never had a bad experience at Dixie Day Spay, but I took my kitten Thursday to get spayed and I had almost left with the wrong kitten because they switched her with another cat. If I hadn’t checked to make sure before I left I wouldn’t have known who took her. Thankfully they were able to locate who they switched her with but i don't think this negligence is okay and I do hope they pay better attention when they intake the cats because if they couldn’t find out where she was they were not gonna like me that day lol. So my point is, make sure you have to correct cat when you leave.

Super helpful and awesome place! I’ve taken 2 cats here, on 2 separate occasions, to be fixed. Both times we had a wonderful experience. Staff is friendly and compassionate, we had no complications with surgery and recovery, and I really appreciate that it’s affordable on a smaller budget without worry. Thanks guys!

The only bad thing I have to say is that they are a far drive. That's not their fault. Everyone was great and was able to get in touch easily after my cats spay for questions. It's been almost 10 days since my cats spay, and everything is going great so far. Will be using them again to get a male kitty I have neutered.
