Went to drop off a package for FedEx drop off an no one was at the counter or on the soles working. Only person around was someone using self checkout. I kept squeezing the thing on the counter an looking around an hollering out for someone to see if anyone working. Wasn't sure if something wrong or if whoever was supposed to be there quit an walked out. Finally after bout 5 minutes or little more someone yelled out , IM COMING! Dark haired lady came from back and acted upset with me. She was hateful to me. If I was a thief I could have took a bunch of stuff and walked out. Cameras or no cameras. Even other people started coming in. Happened around 4 450 on Friday February 15th 2024. Lady with dark hair an glasses on. Hate to say something but they really should have had someone else working an not 1 person. I can understand that if she had go bathroom or something but didn't have to bel hateful with me.

Very cluttered store. The aisles were so close and packed with merchandise that it was overwhelming trying to find anything. Restroom was clean and required a key to get in, but there was no soap to be found, which is pretty gross.

I really didn't want to give one star we need a customer service where the manager is there when the facility opens there is so much corruption going on in the customer center and the associates showing their authority by not refunding people with valid receipts. Yes they love to show they can refuse anyone because Walmart is so huge the customer is not able to hold the aggressive employee accountable.

Stopped in to exchange a propane tank and their tank cage was completely filled with full tanks. I will not be shopping at dollar general again. The store had 1 other customer and 2 employees

I was just in this store and experienced a medical emergency and the staff was wonderful and very helpful.....they called EMS to assist and there was also another female customer who assisted me also....the employees & other customers were VERY helpful and tried to get me help as well as trying to get me further assistance and help me stay calm ....Thank You Dollar General Staff & Bradley County EMS for all your assistance in my time of need. May God bless you in All you do.???✌️
