The Dollar General on Georgetown road, the staff is wonderful they would do anything to help you they're very friendly and you actually get to know them. If you were seeing this dollar general before the new manager took up for it was horrible I would have had it being that girl walking in and taking over that store it was so just messed up! They do try very hard to keep it clean and the parking lot's always clean I mean it is a really clean Dollar General and I appreciate that. My only problem is and it's just not that Dollar General it's all of them here in Cleveland and it's actually the company itself they run ads you know sell ads and stuff but then none of the Dollar generals have that product and you know stock when you go to get it that week That's very aggravating also every time I go to one and I mean all of them here in Cleveland it shows one price but when you go and pay for it it's actually more and that's very frustrating because sometimes people are budgeted and they are walking there so like $10 and they think that's what they're spending and it comes out to be four or $5 more that's a problem. that yes I love my Dollar General up here and the girls are fabulous it's the company their self that's not that I'm happy with. Thank you girls!

I went to this location to get some of the clearance items that were 90% off. I typically check the prices at the register for sale items because I NEVER have anything ring up correctly at ANY dollar general. Well, everything was ringing up wrong and the lady started to argue with me about the prices and would not listen (she was elderly, so I tried to be patient). She was saying things were ringing up for prices that didn't even exist like .5 cents. It was showing differently on my end. Because I have severe anxiety and did not want to hold up a long line, I told her to cancel all items and left. After getting to my vehicle and becoming visibly upset, I remembered one of the items was important and I had to go back (unfortunately). When I went back in, the manager, Rebecca, had all of my stuff in her arms to put back and I followed her to get the one item I needed. Mind you, she had already refused to ring me up the first time after doing a return for someone (which was not a big deal) but that contributed to the entire issue. So she then takes me back to the register to ring me up herself. As she is doing all this, she is also arguing with me the entire time about how I'm basically in the wrong. She started to ring everything up and told me to watch a different screen for the prices to be correct. They were NOT. She had to price override EVERY SINGLE ITEM, and the other lady was oblivious to that tidbit of info. She never even apologized to me, continued to be rude and condescending, and made me feel awful. Now, I work in customer service, I have been for TWELVE YEARS. I do not get to treat customers like that no matter how badly i want to. I would be fired from my job for treating people like that. I'm not allowed to argue with customers. So why is it, that when I am the customer, I get treated poorly and nothing happens. It's not right. I will avoid this location from now on, and others should too.

Clean, polite teller. Very low on stock. And was sign saying only one employee on duty please be patient.

Shelves were wiped out . Empty. Did not find what i was looking for. So many boxs just sitting on the floor . You could not get though with your cart . Only 1 cashier. The line was backed up also to the back of the store . No one was stocking the shelves.
