Very rude customer service. The hours of a store are from a certain time to open and close at 10:00. I arrived at 9:50 and the doors were already locked and I sat there and waved and waited until someone finally came to the door just to ask me very rudely what I needed and I said it was kinda an emergency but I needed one thing and she said no we’re closed and I can’t unlock the doors anyway. Mind you it’s still not even 10:00 yet.

One star so I can inform others how rude Aleena is. She got frustrated didn't know how to come up with a solution while checking out . I wasn't aware a pack of kinder eggs weren't ebt eligible like the single ones I buy every day for my autistic daughter I said well can u take them off she said I don't know how I told her how she said my drawer will be short I said not if u keep the receipt and void it she said ughhh then I'll have paperwork. People like that should not work in customer service !!

The blonde girl (sorry, but her hair was covering her name tag) needs training. She was on her phone the entire time with an ear bud in, so every time a customer thought she was talking to them, she would reply that she was on the phone, as if the customer was the problem. She was not having a work appropriate convo either, so it wasn't work related. I just didn't speak to her my entire check out experience because I didn't see the point. She was fully involved in her conversation on her cell which I'm sure you can see was right in front of her on the counter if you check the cameras. Absolutely would suggest hiring a different cashier.
