I don’t like posting negative reviews, and as of now it’s the only negative one that I have, but after going through some of them ( 4 out 5 newest ones are 1 star ), and my own experience today, though all other times I was there, everything was fine, it sure looks like it’s not customers that are the problem.
We were there to buy balloons today for birthday party. There was only one register open, so I got in line. I was first one in line and waited about 10 mins talking to my Mom and brother about balloons. She ( a black girl ) waited till it was my turn to tell me she couldn’t do balloons and that I had to get in line for a different one ( I understand her shift was over, but she was helping others, so I don’t see why she couldn’t help us; she just didn’t want to )! I was of course upset, and not so much for me, but for my Mom, her having to stand there the whole time ( she’s 75 ). And then when I was walking out of the store, instead of waiting 2 secs till I was out, she made sure I heard her telling the employee that aired the balloons, who was very nice btw, what a bad guy I’m, that I get mad easily. So she, intentionally or not, did everything she could to make a customer mad, yet it’s my fault?! Yeah, okay! I haven’t really been going there much, but after this I’m not going there at all. I don’t need this. Yeah, I’m just one person, but if that’s how your employees treat customers, you’re gonna lose a lot more than a few, especially based on negative reviews about this store.

Really dissapointed in the re stocking issue.always carts full of boxes blocking the isles and only one person sometimes putting freight away! I glaned and saw the condition of the back room it had boxes piled to the ceiling especially around Christmas. Even now isles are still cluttered with carts but the shelves are empty. Very poor management not enough employees. Love the price and quality of merchandise when they have what I'm looking for.

This store is alright. The employees are very kind and patient. I wish I could say the same about the shift lead/manager (chick with the glasses and colored hair, I'll check her nametag next time and post again.) She is SO hateful to the employees. I was in line one day and the customers in front of me had their card declined so the girl working asked for the manager to come void the items that were rung up. "you have way too many voids today." Extremely hatefully. I wanted to say something it was that bad. Like, wow! a circumstance where it's not even the cashier's fault??? Do better. You seem like you're not fun at parties. Plus every time I come in there the chick is always giving me a death glare. She stands at register with her light on but refuses to check anyone out ? I don't know what y'all make but that chick should make less for damn sure. I was there yesterday and there was a younger guy at the register asking her for help with something. The same manager responds with "huh?? What??" Hateful as sin!!! LADY it's no one else's fault that you live a miserable life.

Corporate assumes things without investigating the problem ain't that right Marsha you are not qualified for the job you have threatening people when you don't know what is what like people calling in on someone to you like me writing this review if I'm wrong then so are you understand a problem before running your mouth
