“I was having Intermittent problem With starting my 2016Kia soul. When trying to start my vehicle, it was dead and would not crank. After several tries it finally would turn over this happened like three times and then it was fine for about a month and then it started again and then was completely dead and had to call AAA they recommended me go back to where I bought the battery and have them test it. I bought a Duracell battery Which was still under warranty from battery plus. I had excellent service with Jason, who came out and tested my car and said that it seemed like the alternator was Having difficulty starting up and recommended me to get that checked since the battery tested great. Jason was very Experienced annuities is talking about so I know it with the next step is to have my alternator check. Thank you so much for great service.
