“I had my phone replaced on 10/02/23 around 5-6 o clock by Jason (I believe that was his name, he had longer hair and also some facial hair). It was an iPhone 11 screen repair, with some water damage. He is a FANTASTIC worker, as well as amazing with customer service. He had no issue with educating me on what went wrong, and how to prevent the issue in the future with my phone. I have been popping into the store every once in a while when I’ve had issues, but this one experience has now guaranteed batteries plus as my go to spot for phone repair. It’s been so incredibly rare to find a repair shop that acts like they actually care about helping you get your device working, let alone educating you on preventing further issues. Whatever you’re paying him, it isn’t enough! Thank you guys so much!”
