I have several policies with Eric, including home, Auto, farm, personal articles, and others. He is almost always available to answer questions and offer insight about coverage. His staff ( in particular the multi -tasking Carolyn ) is excellent. Eric has been my agent for More years than I can recall - over 20 .

What can I say about the best insurance agent in Cleveland Tennessee. Eric has always been there when I needed him and he has the best staff that can take care any question anyone might have. Carolyn has always been so nice anytime that I have called over to their office for the past 30 years. I consider Eric and his girls at his office my friends. State Farm is my Insurance Co. and Eric is the man!

I have had my insurance with Eric Evans for about 7 years! He has always been helpful and friendly. I bought a house last year. I went with Eric for my insurance on my house. The same year, my house had a small fire that was caused by faulty electrical work to my A/C unit. Statefarm got my A/C fixed quickly so we could get back home.

State farm is not a good insurance company. All the servicers they use/recommend (mechanics/locksmiths/ect) are not quality what so ever. I suggest looking for insurance with more freedom so someone doesn’t mess up your car like they messed up mine.

I had insurance with State Farm (Eric Evans) for too many years to even count. Eric was always very helpful and went above and beyond what you would expect cause he's an insurance salesman right? LOL It's like we instantly became friends and that means a lot.
