“EDIT: I received a phone call stating that the insurance problem has been resolved and I can now schedule an appointment. I am adjusting my previous review from 1 star to 5 now that the situation has been resolved.I have been to this doctor’s office for around 8-9 years now. I have never had any issues with this office until their previous group change to Summit Medical. I had to redo my paperwork to make sure I had updated information, I did this prior to my appointment time. However, I received a phone call from Pam stating that they had cancelled my appointment (same day) due to my secondary insurance being one that they do not accept. I asked her to take the secondary off of my file because most places don’t accept it any way, she advised me that she couldn’t remove it from my file because that was “insurance fraud.” She mentioned that they supposedly have to bill the secondary insurance, if they don’t, it is fraud. With this being said, they are refusing me as a patient and will not see me under any circumstance. This office was once great, now, I do not recommend.”

“I have a good experience everytime I come here. They are my PCP. The first time I came, I was pregnant and very sick with an upper respiratory problem. They are the only place in the area that would see me due to "insurance issues" not with my own insurance but with that of the walk in clinics I was trying to use. The last time I came in was yesterday and I had the pleasure of meeting an APN named Lacy who wanted nothing more than to help me. She was VERY thorough and ran every test she could think of. I actually got emotional, because it's not often you find someone that honestly just wants to help and isnt out for your money. She is going to help me until I can get into the specialist, and see me weekly until then. ?The nurse, whose name was Logan, was so sweet and down to earth. She didn't hurt me when she took my blood. She was all around awesome too. I most definitely recommend them. 5 out of 5 for sure.”
